Once again, I am very pleased with both the prompt delivery and product quality of my last order. I have never had any problems with anything I ordered over the years and know that this is a company I can depend on. Because of this consistency I continue to purchase printer supplies from them as well as recommend them repeatedly to both family and friends. In this day and age, customer service and product quality are not as important as they once were. I believe that we have gone from wanting quality, durability, etc. when purchasing an item to a society that would rather replace than repair because it's easier and less time consuming. I believe this company still possesses those time honored standards of long ago and that is why they have my business.

Ordered edible printer for my wife for her birthday. Two days before it was supposed to arrive, I got an email that it was back ordered. I called once, and they said it was already delivered. I called a second time and they said it was already shipped. The third time I called I finally got a tracking number, and saw it was shipped that day. Honesty or communication would have worked better than misinformation and no communication. I will not use this company again. Too much of a hassle.

I ordered an Epson continuous ink system with ink... but when it finally came in the mail 8 days later it was the ink only and no ink system. I called and the representative who told me to email a picture of what I received to them and they would take care of it. Two days passed and no email return or phone call. So I called them again. They apologized and assured me it was being taken care of. Today is 6 days after I called about the problem and 16 days after the original order was placed and still not even an email to respond or apologize for their mistake. I own a business myself and can't imagine treating my customers this way after I made a mistake. Will NEVER do business with a company that doesn't appreciate their customers. Thank God for the free market that allows me to buy the same product from another company who appreciates their customer's business.

Great value. Came within two weeks of order. Best direction with color pictures for a simple installation the I have ever read. Still need to use ink that is in machine but looking forward to using product in the very near future.

I was very upset to receive refill bottles from the shipping instead of cartridges. I never want refill bottles!!! In the past, I order from other companies and it has never made wrong. This company sent to refill bottles and you need to do a lot to fix it. Their website is confusing I didn't realize I will get bottles of ink until I opened my shipment. I am asking a refund now. I don't know the rest yet, I will keep you updated.
