I paid for the genetic test after seeing the guy on Rogan. I have issues with diabetes and was hoping this was the legitimate cure. What do you know I have the DNA markers, they gave me a list of things to eat and not to eat and suggest I take their supplement. 2 months after starting the regiment there has been no change to my blood sugars at all. I had scheduled a call and that took months to get set up. Yet on the day of no one called me. Snake oil.

Terrible customer service. Failed to provide blood results for over 6 months. Reached out multiple times just to be given excuses or told someone will be reaching out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! STAY AWAY!!! The gene test clarity call is a joke and a waste of time. He wanted me to direct the call LMAO!! Scheduling is a nightmare, 2 months out to book a call to go over bloodwork. Dana White is THE ONLY person 10x took good care of. This company is a SCAM and a joke. Took nearly 2 months to get $60 refund for a bottle of 10x Optimize vitamins that they lost during shipment. I had to argue with them via email AFTER they emailed me "sorry we see your order was lost." They've waste LOTS of my time.

Poor customer service!! It seems that nobody knows whats going on. I have purchased a phone call to reviews results back in Feb and here we are in April and still nothing. I have lost trust in this company and highly disappointed as i spent alot of money with them. Customer service knows nothing!! All they can tell you is " I will send a message for someone to call you back" and nothing! I have requested for a refund today!!

Have waited 6 months and still no test results for my wife. I have tried numerous times to communicate but only managed to get through once. They had my wifes contact info mixed up with mine. Tried to explain what was wrong and i thought that they had it straightened out but one month later i received an email stating that my email address had been changed. Now i can't log into my account and my documents are lost. My wife has still had no results for her tests in 6 months. I received an email that my blood test results where ready back in december of 23 but have not received the results. And now i get an email saying that i need to schedule a blood test. This company is upside down. I paid for two gene tests and two blood tests and have only received one Gene test result in 6 months. No response at customer service. They have also sent me nearly a years supply of supplements in the last three months. There is no way to cancel the recurring order and i never asked for a recurring order in the first place. I am disputing the charge but i will probably have to cancel my card to get it to stop. Do not use this company for any reason!

This company took my money in a flash and sent me a complicated report that a normal person could not make hide nor hair of. Seems they took my age bracket and assigned the 5 or 6 most common ailments anyone my age would have then implied the only remedy was to buy their supplements. I am sure they will shut down soon and pay a small fine and laugh the whole way to the bank. I would appreciate a refund but.... we know that will never happen.

This company should be sued. They almost killed me with this scam, I paid $1200 for a blood and dna test then they put me on 15 different supplements. Taking 23 pills a day, the only thing it did was keep me from sleeping for 3 weeks, and my blood pressure is through the roof, like critical stage. And the icing on the cake is their customer service is the worst I have Ever dealt with. They should be looked into for criminal charges.

Horrible company! My husband and I started this process the end of January, 2024. Genetic and blood screening for both of us (approximately $1,200). Figured it would be worth it, since they "claimed" personalized experience for your total health. They had no problem taking the money, but after that little has been done. It is now April,2024. I had to fight to get my blood test results that came back but couldn't find out what happened to them. Couldn't get phone calls back or e-mails regarding anything. Genetic test is a joke and just a sales pitch to buy their very expensive multivitamin(which is the same for everyone, no matter what your genetic results were). It cost us a $199 more for this sales pitch! Spoke with a NP, who said that some of my issues needed one of their physicians who would be in touch with me, within 3-5 days...that was a month ago. No call, no results. My husband had another call this morning regarding his "health protocol". Just another high pressure sales pitch for their vitamins. He asked about my "health protocol" and this man acted like he knew nothing about me ( I have complained, e-mailed, and left many vm for this man). He finally said that mine isn't done yet, but he will get it done next week. This thing is a big SCAM! They know absolutely nothing and it is all about selling you vitamins at a very increased rate. My husband's protocol was $2,200. We do not trust this company anymore and will be buying nothing from them. My advice, Take your blood test to a specialist in your area. I did, started the prescription meds I needed that day! At least the blood test wasn't a total loss. This company should be shut down!!!
