I've spent a small fortune in the past couple of decades pursing answers to ongoing health issues. There isn't a path that I have not attempted--from traditional medicine to acupuncture. Different avenues provided different types of answers and small improvements here and there. I'm not entirely sure why I thought 10x was somehow going to be "the final answer" but it definitely was not. It was not even on the radar of worthwhile. Maybe it was the great hype by Dana White or Steve Harvey--or maybe it was my own exhaustion from searching--but for whatever reason, I had high hopes which were quickly dashed when I spent hundreds of dollars and in a few days received an essentially useless email with "results" that were neither "personalized" as I was promised, nor valuable in the information they offered. Apparently regardless of what ails you, the answer is the 10x optimize supplements which are ridiculously expensive with exorbitant shipping costs. Plus, of course, exercise and eat more greens. Duh. Save yourself the time, money and anguish. Trust a sound medical professional or even an alternative health practitioner--but don't trust this company.

The worst company I have ever dealt with! Please read the reviews, as there is a reason that 91% of their reviews are 1 star. If I could give negative star count, I would. Charged $600 for a blood test and $600 for a gene test. The same blood test through my doctor is $97 that covers the same thing. Their sales pitch for the $600 price tag is that they give you special treatment and follow up with you with constant coaching. THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN! I had an appointment 3 month after my blood test. Called same day 20 minutes before my appointment to confirm. The lady confirmed my appointment and phone number. No call, 20 minutes go by, no call. I call them and they said sorry, we will have to reschedule for another 3 months out. I canceled a work trip with visits with very important clients to be available for this consultation all to have it blown off by them as if they didn't care. Save yourself a ton of money and just work directly with your doctor. This company is a complete SCAM and I'm sure it will all come out in the future and I hope they go out of business to save other people from having to waste time and money dealing with them.

Very costly, horrific customer service. No communication at all unless it involves money! Even with simple things, like ok I've paid, how does the lab request work? I started this whole process in March. Phoned several times, no responses back. Made an appointment with an ND and they scheduled me with one that could not practice with International clients. Had to wait a few more weeks for another appointment. 6 weeks total for my appointment. The ND's recommendations were fantastic. She said if I had any questions to send them through 10X and they would get to her. I still haven't received a response after 7 weeks. Tried to contact my health concierge (who happened to be a sales rep) several times by phone and email, he did not respond. He even told me the best way to contact him was through email. Finally got an appointment with him two weeks ago only for him to call and leave a message at 635am that morning to tell me that he had training out of the office that morning. ( like he didn't know ahead of time) Today was my appointment with him at 430pm. He phoned me at 4:55 PM. I explained to him that he was not representing the company very well at all and he was disrespectful to me. After I asked him how I was going to get the pharmaceuticals that the ND had recommended in the treatment plan that was supposed to be started 7 weeks ago, I found out that they are ordered through 10X health at a horrific cost. I asked how I was going to get the prescription for these pharmaceuticals. He said that he would send the message through to the ND. I told him that I have a drug plan which I only pay 20% of the cost of pharmaceuticals. The total next cost of my treatment plan through them would have been $3500 American. So after about 15 emails and 15 phone calls(with no response), I told him thank you for wasting my time and hung up the phone. If anything, do the blood work, get the recommendations and RUN!

Garys got very good points, however his partnership with Cardone has overwhelmed his supply chain, causing big issues. Technically there's no refund in any part of this program. Automatically selects auto refills, with a hidden opt out.(non refundable even if you contact 10X immediately after the charge), hence the advertisement of less than 1% returns. After dna testing they prescribe multivitamins as a solution to literally any problem! After bloodwork results they ask many questions as if they didn't read the results and treat according to the symptoms!

Take the reviews seriously. This is a complete waste of money. I’m sure Dana White got the royal treatment but unless you are a celebrity, you will just get the run around. 8 months and nothing but an email.

Company is a scam. Ordered the labs, payment went straight through, received no response post labs for 6 months despite repeated emails. Finally had a consult, Dr said someone would contact me, no one did for 2 more months. Repeated emails and I finally got someone to respond and schedule, my contact person had no idea what my “prescriptions was actually for and just tried to sell me “6 month supply” of everything. Was also told at follow up I’d receive a second blood test if I used their supps, later told that additional test would cost an additional $300. Stay away!!!

Paid in January. No product received. Customer service is non-existent. Seems like an expensive marketing scam. Do not recommend.
