SCAM!!! Buyer beware! Purchased health test kit and after months of inquiring and being told it would be just a bit longer over 12 weeks. Then they finally said my kit had a incorrect birthdate and I needed to resend my personal information. DON'T Fall for it!!

If I could rate a 0 I would. Avoid this company. Do not give them your credit card for orders. Once they have it on file, if you even ask questions about a product/supplement, they go ahead and charge you and send it off without asking for authorization. Then a nightmare to get a refund / reversal - they sent a statement to AMEX stating they don't refund on supplements/pharmacy items EVEN THOUGH they told us to refuse accepting the delivery and they would refund. Follow up care is deplorable. A run around in process from bloodwork to calls to get items refilled timely. They've grown way too big too fast without adequate processes or systems in place.

I see alot of negative reviews here about the gene test. For a different context, I found out I had the MTHFR mutation in 2022, through an unrelated test, and got prescribed an expensive methyfolate supplement. "Medical foods" classification. I haven't done any other genetic testing though I'm interested. One I learned about these products and Gary and 10X I switched to the 10x Optimize methylated multivitamin. Much more affordable than what I was on, has almost the same amount of methyfolate, plus lots of other good stuff. I've found it very helpful. I probably won't be doing thier gene testing but it skunds like a rapid expansion problem more than a fundamental problem. I've heard Ancestry is a good alternative, but the supplements have proven to be good quality for me. I've also done the poor man's version of the superhuman protocol by grounding barefoot in the yard everyday, getting direct sun,and doing the breathing and that definitely helps too. Plus good organic diet when possible. (following Garys recomendations) I'm 31 and feeling better than I did in my early 20s 🤷‍♂️.

I ordered the new Precision Genetic Test and precision supplements for nutrition and weight. The results were very insightful. I learned a lot about how my body handles nutrients differently and the implications for my health. The digital books are great and allow me to reference the info on the go. Ordering and fulfillment process were smooth overall.

I ordered me and my wife each a kit for a Christmas gift ... $600 each for a total of $1200. We received our kits within 2 weeks and sent them back right away. After 2 months I called to find out why we haven't gotten our results back and were told that we needed to take the test again, so they sent 2 new kits. We got those kits and returned them right away. After 2 1/2 months I called them again and asked what the problem was and they said they had some defective kits and we needed to take the test again. So now my December Christmas gift is already 5 months late and she wants to send us 2 more kits which means at least 2 more months to get them and the results back. I said ... as much as we want to see our test results ... who knows how long this will take, and will the test even be correct since the last 4 test kits you sent were defective. I told her I wanted a full refund and she surprisingly did just that. My son also bought a kit from them in December and has gone through the same problems we had. He still hasn't gotten his results back and will probably ask for the refund too. When you are concerned abot you health and want to know whats going on with your body ... you don't want to wait 7-8 months for test results to come back .... I'm not sure I'd rely on this company with my health concerns.

I ordered the genetic testing 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I can't get in touch with a live person.

I believe that so many of the negative reviews came from 10x getting hit with an overwhelming amount of customers all at one time and they were understaffed for that huge surge. My husband and I have had nothing but absolute positive results with 10x. We have both had our genetic testing done (I have also had the precision genetic testing done), our blood panels, our video calls with our doctors and all the support we could possible ask for. Anytime there was any type of problem (only once) Kershon was immediately on it for us and then followed up with us to make sure the problem was resolved. He is always there to help us when we need it. My personal point person Devin has been phenomenal!! Whenever I have a question, need, or concern he is right there ready to hop on a call and assist me. Dr. Carda has been amazing for all of my husbands health issues. I really believe in my heart of hearts that Gary wants the very best in health and wellness for everyone and he and the the 10x team are getting ready to light the world on fire with the next level in health and longevity. I am so glad that we hopped on board even when we saw the negative reviews. Just remember it takes time to find the right practitioners to fill the need that was there, they can’t just put an ad in the paper for “help wanted”. We are fans for life, and I love Gary and his energy.

If I could give 10X a zero star rating I would! This company is such BS! My energy level is super low so I did the 10X; Dana White's video sold me. :( I've been taking their recommended supplements for 2 months now. No change. I'm still so tired in the morning. I'm an incredibly healthy eater, no alcohol or sugar. I exercise. Yet...... no change. Their customer service sucks. NO MORE 10X.
