Ordered the genetic testing and received it within days with pre-paid Fed Ex return label. We returned the DNA samples and then had results in a little more than a week. My results indicated the 10x supplement would be all I needed. My husband needed additional zinc, magnesium and one more. We ordered supplements and it took about 10 business days for them to arrive. We will start them tomorrow and report back. My husband is experiencing some digestive issues and will be ecstatic if it resolves through supplementation. We did not pay for additional services and honestly don't know that they would be beneficial. The DNA results come back with video explanation and a list of supplements that are paired with your personal DNA "breakage".

Great idea...spent $600 to find out info that could really help. Got the results but what they recommended was the 10X supplement that can be used for every problem they look at...I would have preferred the honest pitch of ''try these great supplements for 90 days and see what we can do'' If I can help 1 person not spend money on this test I will be OK.

Disgraceful! The product may be good, but I'd have no idea. Ordered supplements 17 days ago. They don't communicate, they don't send them, and when you phone or email no one answers or responds. I've managed to speak to a someone a couple of times. They promise to get back to me. Nothing happens AVOID!

This test sounds great in theory but the delays, lack of communication, and unfulfilled promise makes it a total rip off. I was promised an appt with one of the doctors on staff and now being outsourced to a PA who isnt even a doctor and doesnt even work for 10X. On top of that-- consultation appointments are months out and they havent contacted me-- I have had to keep inquiring about progress. Purchased the genetic test and the blood test and totally regret it.

I purchased the gene test for $600 and was given the results about 3 weeks later which was fine. I paid another $120 for a "clarity call" so I could learn what the results meant. So I was sent a link to book my clarity call and there was no availability at all. I asked when there would be an available slot and they could not tell me. Just to keep checking the link. So I did that for about a week and realized there was not going to be any open slots till who knows when so I asked for a refund which I eventually got. The time between replied to my emails were always 7-10 days. So I went ahead and paid the $78 for the "muti-vitamin" they recommend, made by them of course which does nothing. So litterally 2 1/2 weeks ago I sent at least 3 emails in 2 days requesting to cancel my auto-ship for the vitamins and to this day have have had zero response. I know they'rs going to charge my cc another $78 and auto-ship more of their useless vitamins and then I'll have to contact my cc co and demand a refund because they clearly do not have the customer service to handle the influx of customers they are getting. I get it, they are prob overwhelmed but I feel like I've been completely ripped off and would love to demand a refund but I know that wont happen because there's no way to contact them. Even writing this review has my anger stewing again. NEVER AGAIN!! This company sucks!!

Ordered gene test and returned sample 11/27/2023. As of today, 2/7/2024, we still do not have results. From what we can piece together, it appears that there has been a mix up in the lab with name. At this point, even if they do ever send the results, we would not trust that they belong to us. Customer service is awful, all you can talk to is a messaging service and there is no other recourse but to leave another dead end message with a dead end messaging service. The next step is we will dispute charges with cc company to get refund. I absolutely would NOT recommend this company. There are a lot of other places to go to get this gene variation testing done.

I was subscribed to the supplements and later decided to cancel. I canceled in writing and got confirmation from my rep. They continued to bill me. I emailed again and said to refund and cancel, they STILL didn't.. after saying again they would. This happened for 3 months straight. I had to chargeback with my bank and get a completely knew card. The worst part is I lost the chargebacks because what they do is quickly ship the products out to get a tracking number. Then use the 'terms of service' plus tracking so they keep your money even if you dispute. Do not subscribe or give your card info to anyone at this company.

I did my MTHFR genetic testing and received the results. I then paid extra for a Genetic Breakthrough Session/Clarity call (consultation). They sent me a link to make an appointment and there are no appointments available and they will not refund my money. I have sent several emails asking for an appointment or my money back on the consultation and they are now ignoring me and will not refund my money. Totally unprofessional.
