Keep your money give them the boot!!!!! They were great at taking my money but DID NOT deliver on services!!!! They scheduled me for a consult that I could not attend because it was during a busy work day. I complained and they rescheduled me three months later for Christmas Day. That was today I adjusted my schedule with their rep Tony Zhang. They sent the meeting prompt at 11:00 am for a 12:00 noon meeting and then changed it to tomorrow with another text. Save your money and time they are worthless!!!! I hope Gary Brecka isn’t associated with them any more. Gary please pull your videos off you tube!!!!!!! New update on rescheduled appointment for 12/26/2024. Guess what happened, the 10X representative Tony Zhang never called!!!! I know the Gary Brecka videos are compelling but these people to not deliver on the services!!! Avoid them at all costs! Is this a Chinese company???

I paid for my test over 2.5 years ago at a 10x boot camp. I never received it. I sent multiple emails to try to get them to resend the kit. After trying for over a year and a half to get the test or my money back, I gave up. I finally left a Google review of my experience. A customer agent replied that they were backlogged and would get back to me soon. That reply? That was October of 2023. Over a full year later (14 months) I have not received an email back, much less a refund. I will be filing a complaint with the state attorney general office as well as initiating a claim against them. UPDATE: They have replied to this experience asking for more information. Back in October of 2023, their reply was exactly that they had a lot of demand and could not keep up and would get back to me. I spoke to a Grant Cardone rep trying to sell me more stuff a couple of weeks ago as well. I shared my experience with him. He mentioned he would definitely forward it to the right people. To date, nothing.

Wish I would have read the review and saved my money. I just heard Gary Brecka on his live podcase on wednesday saying he parted ways with the company because their vision didn't align as management was more focused on money than on helping people. This was my very complaint. I got the genetics testing and have gotten the run around with having questions and no one to answer. When I asked if the blood test results were factored into the supplements from the genetics test results I got an accidental emails saying "here is a blood test lead for you." I feel I am just a dollar sign and clearly no one really cares here. Save your money and go to someone who cares.

Nothing short of a money grab. Missed appointments, partial test results, and the follow up is very poor. Don’t waste your money on this program. I am very disappointed.

Just a complete waste of time and money. They promise the world but deliver nothing special. Their customer service is terrible and non-responsive but then they’ll still try to convince you to buy hundreds of dollars worth of supplements.The DNA test is nothing special. Unfortunately, I found I out I could get much more robust testing for a fraction of the price elsewhere.

This company is a complete scam. Don’t waste your money. 3 family members took The genetic test. All three members came back with different results. Which is Expected. Ten X then sold us supplements based on our test results. The supplements were exactly the same. They are just a standard supplement and do nothing to Address individual needs based on genetic results. This company is a complete scam. Don’t even think about buying their program.

10x is a scam. Their supplements caused serious health issues. On top of that they signed me up for the auto refill without my consent and when I tried to cancel the order before they shipped it, they chose not to cancel it and charged me anyway. Stay away from 10x as they don’t stand behind their products. You will lose your health and money.

This is a scam. I ordered the DNA test kit and it wasn’t processed for 2 months with no updates. Then after I paid them $500 for the test they wanted more money to review the results. SCAM! Gary Brecka is part of this, I have notified him as well, but he just keeps advertising more product scams,
