10x Health is hands down the worst…
10x Health is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with online. I placed an order, and they had the wrong address on file. I called within just a few hours to try to fix the problem, but their “customer service” was a complete nightmare. They told me they couldn’t cancel my order, they wouldn’t change my address, and they basically admitted there was absolutely nothing they could do. That means I paid for vitamins that I’ll never even receive. On top of that, I was left on hold for over an hour just to be told they couldn’t help me. A company that takes your money and offers zero solutions when a simple fix is needed is a scam in practice if not in name. The lack of flexibility, accountability, and customer service is appalling. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted money, and the wasted time. Do not buy from 10x Health.
