Optimize > Adderall
I quit using Adderall 50mg/day cold turkey when I switched to using the Optimize supplement. Such a difference in everything ADHD related.

Phenomenal Program
Phenomenal Program. 1 blood test told me everything I needed to know with what was happening with my body, the physician call was very informative with clear directions, easy to purchase supplements and protocol. In 6 months lost 70 pounds. Improved energy, improved stamina, improved sleeping, in great shape. I am able to do so much more.

Down 40lbs in year!!
I’ve been using the precision supplement and weight now for a year. I’ve gone from 238 lbs to 198. To me it’s a no brainer, why take any vitamins and minerals unless they’re precisionaly designed for you DNA! I also like the 10X Methylene Blue Drops and the amino acids. I use my 10X hydrogen bottle every day.

I expected a little more.
On just the report: It is hard to get into with the codes. When I went to get the code I had to use second devise. Email would start me all over and I'd lose my place. Also, everything was an attempt to upscale me. I understand more bloodwork would cost, but the 1-1 consult could be included. The video from our hero, Gary Brecka, were videos we've all seen. Not as useful as I expected the report to be. I did order the vitamin and will be waiting to see if, in fact, it makes a difference in how I feel. I'm hoping it does. Thanks.

Eli and Jillian are absolutely AMAZING
Eli and Jillian are absolutely AMAZING! The program is also AMAZING! I am down 25 lbs in 4 weeks, working out again, a ton of energy, GI is better, sleep is improving!
