Hi Richard , Thank you for the feedback. You originally signed up for a bi-monthly subscription, which included a 10% discount on your orders. If an order ever needs to be paused or canceled, we do require notification through email, phone, or our self-service portal prior to renewal. That said, I can confirm your subscription has now been paused and no further orders will be going out. -10X Health Support Team

Love your products but the last 2…
Love your products but the last 2 hydration packages I have opened have had two ruptured packs in them. It makes the whole package sticky. The new pack seem to work better but apparently the old packs are still coming out. I thought this was just related to Amazon orders, but these were directly from you.

Figuring out my health has been an…
Figuring out my health has been an issue for the past 16 to 17 years and all the military doctors could do is throw pills at it. I already feel a difference starting this and I believe that this is gonna be the difference that’s gonna help me get healthy again Thank you.
