I purchased a bass from zZounds. Initially, there were some issues with the manufacturer and availability. zZounds were responsive, updating me on progress. When it became apparent that the delay may extend, they went out of their way to acquire it and ship it to me in a timely manner. I am super grateful! Exceptional customer service all around.

The drum selections that are offered are extensive and priced well. The options to make purchase and pay as you play made buying items even better as there are options for interest free payments. And the delivery on all items was phenomenal! Great service and planning to purchase again here. VERY HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!!!

Zzounds always takes care of me. Zzounds is the only place that I will buy equipment from.

Told me they were sending a brand new $1500 unit. I paid for overnight shipping to get it quickly and it came used with a cable that had been switched out, was not able to power on the unit. Can’t get a replacement for the cable anywhere. Bottom line they were trying to pass off a used unit as a new one and hoping I would just take it. This is a common practice with them.

I highly recommend to don't do business with them. Their customer service stinks & so on. Pathetic

I've bought probably close to $10,000 worth of stuff over the years. Great place, great customer service. Quick shipping too. One time an item went on sale or price lowered by $200 and they refunded me no issues.

Awesome customer service!!! The flexible financing with no credit check is a huge bonus for me. Zzounds doesn't hard sell or upsell you - they truly care for you - the musician. Zzounds is my new go-to for my gear. GREAT JOB!!!

Everything about my interactions with zZounds.com has left a smile on my face. Whenever I need to speak with their Customer Service Representatives, I'm astounded at the friendly, competent, patient, calm, efficient and sincere way that they resolve my question or issue. My thanks go out to Daniel, Andrew and any other staff whose names escape me at the moment. PS They're even open on Sunday! Yikes!
