They have an excellent website and that's worth a lot. They have the best customer service out there anywhere! They have very good payment plans and charge no interest. That is almost unheard of anywhere else. If you set up a payment plan with them and stick to it, make all your payments on time, you are golden. And they are simply a bunch of very nice and very knowledgeable folks.

Do not buy from zZounds. I ordered high-value musical equipment, and absolutely nothing arrived. The carrier dumped the package completely out in the open in an unsecure, public area where anyone could walk off with it, without requiring a signature. When I went downstairs to get it, the package was completely gone. Instead of helping me file a carrier claim or offering a replacement, zZounds is actually using the carrier's drop-off photo to fight my credit card company's dispute so they can keep my money. They chose not to require a secure signature hand-off, and now they are forcing me to pay for a negligent delivery. Terrible customer service. Avoid them if you actually want to receive what you pay for.

What I find difficult to understand is this, if you are told delivery within two days before and after your purchase? Why isn't it delivered in a timely manner? If it took an extra day or two, I could see that issues arise. But 8 days after your purchase, and you still haven't received your purchase. That is a company that doesn't really care whether or not you receive your purchase. They only care about lying to you about shipping so as to make a sale. That is all they care about. Their comfort, not yours. They should not be allowed to give false delivery service dates to you. And their pricing is as much as all the other electronic shops that sell the same item. Stear clear of this "Terrible company."

The worst people to purchase gear from, with zero accountability. They sold me a Roland electric piano with a three year warranty. It died/ stopped working a few months after and I had to take it to a Roland authorized service center. It has sat there, broken with zero response from the manufacturer. I reached out to Zzounds and they were unhelpful, would not reach out to Roland on their long time customer’s behalf (I’ve been a repeat customer for several years). Dylan (their customer service manager) was rude and dismissive and kept saying they’re like Target, once you purchase something from them you must go through the warranty process. In my case there is no warranty process because Roland has ignored repeated attempts by their authorized service center to contact them for the necessary parts to repair the broken piano. You cannot get anyone to speak to when calling them, and they’re not responding to emails (the only option they provide). Please do not buy anything from Zzounds, I never will again. I’m sure Zzounds will respond here, so my only question is how or why would you trust a company that sells unserviceable items/ gear that cannot be repaired under warranties that they advertise on their website. They are dishonest to the core, please beware. #boycottzzounds

Its a great company, and they do a great service to musicians. I have ordered all sorts of items from here, and everything is always on time, affordable, and quality. Love these folks!!!

Zzounds made it possable to get the gear I need and got it to me quick. I was able to pay over time and get gear I otherwise would not be able to acquire. If you need musical equipment Zzounds delivers. Thank you to everyone at Zzounds.

Was a loyal customer for years, no more !! I returned a 3800.00 Marshall amp,FEDEX destroyed it with their careless shipping. ZZounds tried to blame me and refused my refund ! Its was on Fedex not me !! Done forever with them. The money they charged will cost then a lot more down the road. Im moving on to more trustworthy stores.And I buy a hell of alot of equipment.

What amazing company! Easy and fast order and delivery! This is the company I will be buying my equipment !!!
