J'ai eu un problème technique avec le vélo et le support a été complètement inutile.

Update: After a couple of weeks had elapsed since my initial complaint I did receive a refund. I still don't think the process for complaining about connection drop offs is adequate though. A company with appalling customer service. They are fine when everything is working okay, but when things go wrong it all falls apart. The Zwift app crashes repeatedly and all customer service do is get you to check your equipment. The fault lies in the software not my equipment. Too many un tested updates. Avoid as Zwift won't refund you after they have taken your cash.

Ich finde der Support ist der Hammer!! Gestern am Sonntag ging leider was kaputt. Das Gewinde der rechten Kurbel war gebrochen. Ärgerlich. Hatte einen schönen Longride geplant. Kurz Foto und Video gemacht und den Support angeschrieben. Dachte die werden sich schon irgendwann melden. Training fällt erstmal aus. Aber eine Stunde später schon die Antwort. Sie tauschen nicht die Kurbel aus, sie schicken einen komplett neuen Rahmen. Eine Stunde später bekam ich von Fedex schon die Versandbenachrichtigung. An einem Sonntag!!! Ich bin nicht nur verblüfft, sondern auch sehr zufrieden mit Zwift. So geht Qualitätssicherung. Danke

New features never get fully developed and become largely useless (Clubs, ZRS). Site is full of cheaters so if u care about performance against others, don't bother, APPs like TPV have built in cheat detectors. For years I could one-click start riding - now the initial screens are so full os "features that aren't applicable that every new feature added adds more clicks to just ride. Support is horrendous. They dont issue ticket numbers and it's near imposssible to get a real person. You can go literally weeks with access to your paid subscription due to this . They say its "peak time of year" etc but it is all year round and been this way since 2017. Finally, the bugs dont get fixed. CEO offered a bug bounty programme a few yrs back and he has now said it's too hard. If you are serious about training and cycling dynamics and fitness, better apps exist.

Terrible company, please avoid . I have bought a Zwift ride 3 weeks ago and the quality is not good . The company have told me they know parts don’t fit so customer must accept poor quality. Also the membership is a joke as I am unable to redeem the codes after purchase. My experience has been terrible it has been an expensive mistake trusting the Zwift product

alles unfassbar schlecht wow service, qualität des zwift rahmens / trainers...... immer ein quietschen, aber einem wird nicht geholfen nach 30+ mails

The customer service and the platform’s ability to make corrections is a joke. I have been trying for three years to get the correct gender of avatar. In all of the help forums, including Zwift, you must contact their customer service. The only way to do this is by email. After several attempts over several months and now years, it has proven fruitless and a waste of time. For the amount of money each month for a subscription, you would think this would be an easy fix. So it either is not a priority for the company or customer service satisfaction is not enough of a deterrent to their financial bottom line. But don’t fret they will definitely send you surveys to complete in the middle of what appears to be an attempt for resolution

Vorsicht beim Kauf von Zwift und kickr core. Die virtuelle Schaltung wird zwar als verbunden angezeigt, baut aber keine Verbindung zum kickr auf. Das Problem haben anscheinend viele Käufer. Somit ist kein echtes Training möglich. Auch der Support ist sehr enttäuschend. Das Problem konnte über Monate hinweg nicht gelöst werden und es kommen fast nur automatisierte Mails, die ein Firmware Update empfehlen, was natürlich schon lange durchgeführt wurde.
