UPDATE 8-18-26: Linda the Store Manager reached out to me directly, took ownership and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Ordered a pajama short set on June 18th to give as a gift. The item arrived defective with no pockets and the drawstring was too short to tie the shorts. I contacted customer service and after around 8 emails back and forth they finally agreed to replace the pajamas and allow me to reorder 2 pairs since I wasn’t able to give these as a gift in time and for the all the time and hassle over this. I’ve been waiting for weeks for the replacement. I finally reached out again on August 6th (49 days later) to check on the status. I was told they are in final production stage. Then on August 14th customer service emailed me and said a mistake was made and the pajamas were not shorts and short sleeved but a long sleeve and pants set. They said I could take these or wait again for the correct ones to be made again (mind the last time it took 49 days). I asked for customer service to go ahead and ship what they had so I could have at least something for the intended season (since it’s a fall print) and remake what I should be getting all along. This is the least they could do for continuing to make mistakes and being over 59 days since ordered. They refuse to do this and I told them I would be posting this review. Their response: “all customer reviews are subject to verification, and we always aim to handle every order fairly and responsibly.” This company is a nightmare to deal with and takes lots of time and effort when they make mistakes. Save yourself the time, hassle, and frustration and buy elsewhere!

Had a slight bump in the road when my original order arrived with the wrong pajamas, but Zumbamboo’s customer service team stepped in and made everything right! They were responsive, friendly, and quickly sent out my correct order along with express shipping and an extra set. The quality of the bamboo fabric is fantastic, and I really appreciate a company that stands behind its service and makes sure its customers are taken care of.

I ordered a custom item for a special event. Over a month and a half has gone by and it has not been delivered. I have reached out for assistance many times and Zumbamboo has been useless and refused a refund. DO NOT order if you are on any specific timeline (or really, if you want to receive your product at all) This has been a huge waste of time and money. ZERO STARS
