Top notch customer service and great product. I purchased pajamas for my grandkids. The bad: It took way longer than expected, so my experience on this matter is similar to others. The items were a bit smaller than expected. The good: My grandkids ABSOLUTELY loved the pajamas. The fabric is so incredibly soft and comfortable, but they were a bit smaller than expected and at the rate that kids grow, I expect they won't be able to wear them for very long. I replied to an email from the company where they were confirming the arrival of my order and offering support. I explained my disappointment with the amount of time it took for delivery and the fact that the pajamas were smaller than expected. They quickly replied and offered to replace the pajamas. Given that they had already worn them I figured that was not an option, so I replied thanking them and letting know I could not return. The company is eager to make customers happy so they are sending me two new sets of pajamas on larger sizes for my kids. I can see from other reviews that long deliveries is a common reason for disappointment, but it appears the company is working hard to remedy this glitch and I trust they will.

We have a very snsitive kiddo when it comes to seams and tags. Zumbamboo has zero itchy parts. The seams are flat and smooth. It's made our mornings so much easier because she's not complaining about her clothes.

I ordered it June 24 It is August 5th I still don’t have it . When I emailed they give me so much explanation how many day to fetch the cotton from cotton field and how many days to wave the string and how many day to make the fabric and design and stock it by hand . I am done I requested for refund or item I didn’t get any so I started dispute process via my cc . They are scam

HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER!! I ordered a quilt on Jun 9 and as of 8/4 still haven't gotten my order. Nor can I see where it is in transit.Now they say if I upgrade this review they will refund my money. So I'll give it a 2 until I get my money back. Zumbamboo I'm waiting on my refund

I'm a fan of basic solids, so I hope they add more soon! But I couldn't resist the floral and animal prints they have now. They are so artistic. Shipping was a bit slow to Europe, but worth the wait.

I ordered a lovely quilt May 1st. It's August 4th now and I don't even have a tracking number. I'm not rich. This was a big purchase for me and it kind of breaks my heart. I would really love to have the product but I'm losing faith.
