-Zumbamboo T-Shirt = 28-1/2” long x 15-3/4” wide Gap T-shirt = 23” long x 18-3/4” wide -Zumbamboo website says T-shirts have a ‘relaxed fit’ which they certainly do not. -Zumbamboo size chart says a size medium t-shirt is 26” long. Zumbamboo t-shirt’s length is 29” long. -Zumbamboo t-shirts do not come with a label indicating size, fabric composition, or brand, which is illegal and violate the Federal Trade Commission laws. -They go out of their way to say via email they are a US company. They are only distributed in the US (Texas) and made in Vietnam. -Their product is crap! 8/28/26 Update: I was contacted by the company after posting this review. They have agreed to refund me for my order. However, they got so many things wrong and gave me such a hard time with the return of a bad product, I still wouldn't trust this company.

Update * have received order since making review. Ordered 2 custom onesies almost 4 weeks ago and they still haven't been delivered. Order elsewhere.

Updated to add detail: Shipping: I ordered my quilt on 6/4 and didn't get it until 8/22. Labeling: The blanket I received has no label stating the fiber content or care instructions. This is in violation of USA labeling laws. Fiber content: The listing said it was bamboo. The print side feels like cheap polyester. The underside is soft but is very thin and stretchy. It has cheap white fabric, possibly a cotton blend around the borders. The border doesn't match the print at all. Appearance: In the picture, the quilt that I ordered actually looks like a high quality quilt. The blanket that I received is screen print of a quilt. From a distance, it looks like the catalog picture. When you see it in person or take a picture up close, you can see that it looks like a cheap fake. Quilting: Instead of quilt stitching like one would expect from the picture, this one has cheap looking wavy white line stitching through the whole thing. The quilting only goes through the top and batting layer. The bottom layer is only attached to the top at the edges of the blanket. I can pinch the bottom layer and lift it up several feet above the quilt. It makes it very difficult to get the whole thing to lay flat. Return process: When I emailed to request to return it, I was asked to provide the following information. 1. Clear photos of the product you received 2. Photos of the shipping label on the package 3. A brief description of the issue you experienced with the product Of course, I had thrown away the package and had to fish it out of the trash but, luckily, I hadn't taken the trash out yet. We will see how this goes.

It has been over a month and items have not arrived. The tracking number says “information received” when I track, which in the US is usually only an indication of label creation— I have zero information about whether items are in transit or estimated delivery date —again after waiting a month! I emailed them last weekend and they said they reached out to “expedite” things with the shipping carrier and yet there are zero updates in the tracking info even after another week since I contacted them. UPDATE OK, so I filed a complaint with my credit card company because nothing had arrived. And then they start overnighting clothes under different tracking numbers even though I am emailing with them asking for a refund— I said I would like a refund as I purchased replacements from another company but because I currently have a credit card fraud claim open. I can’t willingly close it because then the credit card company thinks that the issue was resolved and it would not be until I actually got the refund. I really don’t trust these people. I returned to the items after much complaint from my side. Now my credit card company has refused my charge back and I haven’t been refunded despite returning the pajamas. To top it off, the pajamas were not as pictured. They had cheap white thread. None of the thread matched the actual pajamas and these are solid pajamas. It looks like something worthy of Temu, not $20 per set pajamas. Avoid the heartache and hassle. I have wasted 10 hours of my life on these people not to mention my $63 …Crooks.

The quality of the pajamas are really nice and wash and dry very well. The shipping takes quite a long time, so if you need them soon don’t count on it. Just give yourself plenty of leeway. If you pay for express shipping, it’ll come sooner but may not come by the estimated arrival date. Again, just give yourself a few weeks ahead of when you need these. I did have an issue with delivery and wrote to them, they were very kind to offer two free sets. Delivery on those was extremely slow that I almost forgot about the items, but certainly won’t complain as it was complimentary given my previous situation…just ironic it took a while since that was the last issue. Really nice material and the set I purchased were customized and came out soooo cute, not smudged at all, perfectly clear. If you’re looking to customize, this is perfect and the quality is excellent! I’d give 5 stars, but just want to warn people to order maybe a month in advance to be safe!

They're a scam company: I ordered two items, and received the cheaper one. The more expensive one kept being shipped to some random address out of state!

I ordered a quilt from them July 1st and it never arrived. Was lied to about my product being lost, shipped, not shipped etc. Long story, moved on. I wrote a review about that too. They gave me a code for a discount for new product so I tried again thinking I may actually receive three onesies. Well, over two weeks later no product and THE SAME EXACT BS excuse as last time about their carrier losing them blah blah but of course its not THEIR FAULT. AGAIN. At least attempt a unique excuse as to why i still have no product. They offered me a free product which I do not want I actually just want what I ordered from them, something I ACTUALLY ordered to come. This company is a scam and im about to report it to the Better Business Bureau even though they are located overseas somewhere which, of course they are.
