I was leery ordering at first because it was advertised on FB but I was pleasantly surprised that I got my order and the quality was great. I love this blanket of my Halloween cows and proudly have displayed it on my sofa for everyone to see. Thank you of not letting me down

This is a pretty bathrobe; very soft and comfortable. . I found that it ran small on me but when I contacted the customer service they were responsive and made it right.

Received my horse canyon quilt today. It is a printed on fabric quilt not pieced. Its unfortunate that though it is machine quilted, its not quilted at all around the horses, or the flowers and feathers as pictured. Its an all over quilt job the causes the design to be completely lost. Not at all like the picture. I rhought the price was high but was willing to pay it because I expected it to be like the pictures. It was grossly misrepresented and overpriced for what I hot. We will keep because we simply needed it and waited forever. The colors match the bedroom, just canno make out design at all. But buyers, expext just printed fabric and no special quilting just an all over machine quilting. Its a shame because they cold make whats there so much prettier by doing it exactly like their samples!! It should not be over 140.00.for a KING.

Ordered 9/8 and "label created" 3 days later but has yet to actually ship as of today 9/26. At the time of order my screenshot says it would take 8-12 business days to process, and its past that. Creating the label is a workaround for metrics, they can say they 'shipped' the product but if you click on the tracking number it will show you "shipper has not yet received the package." EDITED to respond to the bot reply below: I have already responded to your bot on Facebook with my order number, to which you failed to address the fact that my order should have been processed in 8-12 business days (your bot also reminded me that I needed to allow another 15 business days for shipping...after it ships...and at 13 business days and counting is already beyond the terms of sale). Oh and your bot offered a 30% off code for my trouble of buying a baby gift that the baby will have outgrown when it arrives (and code is unnecessary because I would never order again).

Terrible quality. Took 5 weeks to get 1/2 of the order which was dirty and the name was smudged. The company told me to wash it. The other part of order came 4 months later. By that time it didn’t fit. The name was put on the back of the romper on the elastic and crooked. After reaching back out to the customer service, I was offered free product. They couldn’t even get the most basic pieces right. I just wanted a refund which was told they would send 3 pieces free. SAVE your money. The best part of their product is the picture in the catalog.

I ordered two child size 2 PJ’s. It was a hit! Size is perfect .He was a big hit on PJ day at day care.Material is soft, quality good and made well.washes up nicely, according to directions. The service was outstanding! Great follow up when I had questions.A+ . You may have to wait a bit ( with shipping ). But it was worth it.
