I had two frothers from Zulay Kitchen and unfortunately one of them dropped working out if no where. I know things like this will happen even if you only had the products for a dhort time. However, i reached out to Zulay Kitchen to see what they could do. They were so kind and so responsive that they sent me two new replacements for the one that stopped working. I really appreciate their responsiveness and the urgency. Thank you so much for producing some of the best products on the market!

I use the frother daily, and at some point the button started having problems. The customer support was great and i got 2 replacements.

Customer service is very slow to respond and in some instances repeated emails were necessary. In the end I was able to get my warranty honored. After paying shipping costs my frothers were replaced and mailed out. Shipping was also slow.

This is the second time I've ordered the Zulay coffee frother, and I love it! I can't believe how much froth I'm getting on my coffee!! I guess my old one had been giving up the goat for a while and was underperforming. I also very much appreciate the tips on frothing that came along with it--they were very helpful. Although it's not big, I do have a bit of trouble depressing the top of the frother with my finger. I'm 70 years old with small hands. It's easy with my thumb, but I have more control with the index finger. I'm pretty sure that--over time--the depression becomes easier, as it was on my last version, so I will just "thumb up" until then! A great product 1at a great price, and I love that you're family-owned
