I purchased a double whisk from Zulay, and after a while it suddenly stopped working. It would power on and make noise, but it was no longer spinning. I contacted the company, and Jay was incredibly kind—he helped me troubleshoot the issue and arranged a replacement. The replacement he sent was brand new, and he shipped it so quickly. I truly recommend Zulay. Not only do they make the best handheld frother, but their customer service also exceeds my expectations. Thank you so much, Zulay!

I could not give this company a better rating. I purchased a frother and it quit working after about 2 months . I remembered the warranty and contacted customer service. They ask me what the problem was and mailed me a new frother which I received within a couple of days.

I used my frother everyday for 6 years till it finally slowed down. I contacted the website and got a replacement with the lifetime guarantee. They sent me two new ones and I'm loving it.

Easy to order; could afford various items because they were on sale. Ordered arrived well packaged and items are quality I will continue to order from this company

In this age of increasing automation creeping into every aspect of our lives it's a huge relief to know there's another human at the other end of a transaction. That said, I purchased a Zulay frother off Amazon that incidentally arrived with an issue that resulted in my decision to reach out for a return... and OMG did they make it right! I won't go into all the details because I feel like I got preferential treatment (ya, it was that good). IDK who I was communicating with but throughout it all I even got links for recipes & how-to tips!👌 Thank you guys for being awesome and caring humans!🙏
