Giving a one star because it won't let me give 0 stars, this is the shitiest company ever, I purchased a product in a retail store and it broke the store sent me to the company and they are refusing to stand behind their product, they told me they refuse to honor a product out of a store mind you I had this less than a month and it broke and all over the Internet they claim they stand behind and have warranties on their products but will not replace the piece that broke for me, not looking for a whole new set just want the broken piece replaced and was basically told I was SOL they are a complete RIP-OFF and took them over a month to respond to me, this company needs to go out of business

Several hundred dollar order placed a month and a half ago. Dozens of emails, almost 60 phone calls, false tracking info sent. Was told “hung up in shipping department” 5 weeks ago and that order was sent in 3 shipments. Declined to reply to requests for those tracking numbers. Only answered the phone once and was told I would get return call in 15 minutes (about a month ago). Working with bank while they investigate them for fraud. —- Email has been sent to escalations as requested.

Can not get ahold of support once you order. I needed assistance the literal minute I put in my order and never made contact. So if anything is wrong with your order, good luck getting it fixed. I tried 2 different support emails, phone call (and voicemail), and a help form on their website and never heard back from any of them. Ultimately have to dispute the charges through my bank because I can’t receive the order and am not just donating over $100 to nothing.

When you click on warranty registration it just takes you around in circles so evidently they don't really warranty their products.

metal juicer broke, contacted about replacement under guarantee, they agreed, what happened next was an ai stalling response every 3 or 4 days for 3 months, until i asked them to stop which they didn't. No customer service in UK and a product that is not fit for purpose.

I would not recommend ordering from this site unless you are a 100% sure you are not going to return it. It has been over 2weeks now and still am not able to get it return. There is no phone number, just email. It has not been a pleasant experience.

I bought a milk frother which stopped working almost immediately. I replaced the batteries as the company suggested but the frother stopped working completely against almost immediately. I contacted the company twice to ask for the guarateed replacement and recieved no response at all.

Avoid this company like the plague!! We bought an ice machine from them in October of 2023 and it had a Lifetime Warranty. I kept the documentation showing that the product was registered with said Lifetime Warranty. Three weeks ago it stopped working and after 2 weeks of troubleshooting with the company they stated that there was nothing more they could do since it was over the 1 year warranty. I responded, and provided proof, that the ice maker was registered with a Lifetime Warranty. Today they respond once again with the 1 year warranty statement. Completely unprofessional and they obviously do not care for customers.
