I recently experienced an issue with a routine scan of my mobile ZA. I reported the problem to tech at ZA and they got right on it! It took a few days of messaging back and forth but worked out.

Great support and service

I am using the Zone Alarm for my Gaming laptop and 2 mobiles. Best security solution for personal and corporate devices. For the laptop, I am using it mostly for Antivirus security, and it takes care of the back end and helps scan links and browser pages for malware. The best part I observed for mobile if you click on links from any page or application or in a message, even by mistake, instead of directly opening it scans first and assures you it's not malware or phishing

The Software is running smoothly without bothering me with more messages than necessary, and so far I never experiences any security issues.

Had to reinstall Win 11 and ZA would not install. Spent several days with Tech Support trying to solve the problem. Tech Support was timely and stayed with me until the issue was resolve. Thanks to the Tech Support......
