I've been a ZoneAlarm customer for over a decade. I've never had a virus, or issue. ZoneAlarm has worked on all my devices, and not interfered with any other processes, like some antiviruses can. So, they HAVE deserved high ratings in the past. But, the massive price hike has ended our relationship! I've found an alternative that's working great, so . . . bye bye

I used ZA top security option Extreme Security and had very good experience using it many years, in my PCS and used the option available to my cellphones also. When I had trouble they helped me in the same week of contact. Thank you for keeping us safe.

this took over my pc had no uninstaller with it i could not move it from the tray i couldn't even stop it in services or task manager i couldn't connect to the internet or any other sites when i assumed it disconnected me i couldnt even get into settings to re start my WI FI DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE ZERO KNOWLEDGE OF PC i was only able to get my pc working because i took most of the files away but it was still running in the background but at least i could go onto the net open files ,this is so bad these people are likely making money off people who dont even know how to work a pc. i complained then it took it away but even trying to contact them directly didn't work because i couldn't get onto any page , then i noticed something reading my pc 2 when it has a feed back box that doesnt force you to go to the actual website. no one told me what this was that just started going through my pc it said it didnt work but i could see it was still doing something so i didn't exit out of it if i had i may not have got it fixed because it told me it wasn't working the other box did say to wait it i noticed it was from the company at no time was i warned this was going to happen so again if you do not know computers at all dont touch it i could have closed it not knowing what it was or closed the one saying it isnt working . the other worked though 2 programs were running. then it was fixed

Soit disant classé au dessus du pare feu windows ou d'autre bien meilleur que lui, ce logiciel est une abération, il bloque sans raison tout ce qui se connecte souvent au réseau, plateforme de distribution, jeu, anti cheat.. Fenetres popup intempestive lors de session de jeu qu'on ne peu même pas configurer dans les paramètres de l'appli. Une foi qu'il a bien foutu la zone sur votre PC et que vous voulez le désinstaller, là ça se complique.. Même avec Revo Uninstaller il reste quand même des services ZA en arrière plan qui interfère avec le nouveau pare feu, qui s'attribue des droits administrateur et bloque des fonctionnalités comme le service de localisation, il m'a fallu plusieurs heures pour effacer toute trace de ZA en utilisant Unlock IT, Wise Registry etc et même avec ça il me reste encore un dossier vide: C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint protégé en écriture qui est ineffacable même en démarrant windows en mode sans échecs.. Ce logiciel se comporte clairement comme un malware a fuir absolument.
