We aim to be the lowest and if you find someone cheaper, we'll price match. Also, $0 sales tax and free shipping on all orders over $99. The web site or retail store must be a verifiable authorized dealer of the brand in question.

Our customer service reps do not get paid on commission so we never try to upsell or have you buy unnecessary items. We're here to listen to your needs and help in any way possible as we want to build a long term relationship, not process transactions.

I've been looking for a scanner for a while and nobody seemed able to answer my questions! I was wandering the web, and came across Zip Scanners. From page one I was getting some answers and realized I had been going in the wrong direction. Then Jessie appeared in the chat.......he picked my brains and put me on the right track. I had one last question then the deal was sealed I've only seen the tip of the Zip Scanner iceberg, liking what is showing, the rest I know will be just as good if not better! This is all we do. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Having an issue or want more information on your product? Contact us and we'll help you figure it out. Good luck getting someone on the phone at other retailers and if you do that person will have no clue how to help. This is an expensive purchase and we're here to help.

Fast delivery, the whistler TRX-2 has a deep learning curve for people not familiar with set-up and programming, the unit that I received was ready to go, and after a few programming steps for priority frequencies I was up and scanning, for folks that want to know what is going on in the local area a scanner will provide info that you will not read in the paper or see on social media. The personnel at Zipscanners do a great job, thanx jes.
