Hey John, Sorry we lost you. For some reason we were disconnected a few times but this was not intentional. When we last disconnected you were upset that we would not redo your programming for free. We understand, but as you deleted this we cannot redo for free, but we can redo for 50% off - call us to place order please. To avoid deleting programming we sent you a few emails on how to backup programming but this was not done: https://www.zipscanners.com/resources/faq/#3 We want to be helpful but programming takes time, shipping and memory cards we have to charge for this. Hope to hear from you.

Good to hear things are working! Please email [email protected] with what we could have done better to only earn 3/5 stars. From order notes we worked through all unforeseeable issues as best we could, and even replaces the scanner to get one that works. Now it seems like everything is working but these negative reviews hurt us as a company. Thanks.

Hi Mark- sorry to hear this. Call us at 737.777.9876 and we'll work through the issue with you. We always provide lifetime tech support but I do not see any notes on your order from our tech's so I think this is the first we've heard of it.

Free shipping on all orders over $99 which includes all police scanners. Other companies charge $20+ to ship to the continental U.S. which we find deceptive & annoying, so we made shipping as easy a possible - free. We take care of our customers & our reputation is very important to us. Thanks for sharing your great experience!
