Good to hear things are working! Please email [email protected] with what we could have done better to only earn 3/5 stars. From order notes we worked through all unforeseeable issues as best we could, and even replaces the scanner to get one that works. Now it seems like everything is working but these negative reviews hurt us as a company. Thanks.

Hi Michael, I apologize for this delay and any inconvenience this may cause. As a small company we try our best and really appreciate your business but there is no way we can ship your order due to a staff medical emergency. We tried to ship your order but are not able to do so without critical staff and guarantee that your order will be done correctly. I will be changing operations ASAP to ensure this will never happen again as this is not acceptable or how I want my company run.

Hi Harmon, We'll get this taken care of. Unfortunately the SD card in your scanner was corrupted which happens to about 3% of scanners and is frustrating for all sides. We test all cards to try to avoid but SD cards are delicate and sometime are damaged during shipping. We got a new card out to you for free as part of our lifetime support. All you need to do is swop out SD cards (carefully) when it arrives and you'll be sound as a pound. Hi Charles Apologies for the SD card issue, error codes can arise from time to time. If we are capable of fixing it we will take care of it. Any error codes outside of our expertise, we typically have the Whistler techs take a look at it. I'm happy they were able to get it up and running for you. Apologies for any inconvenience.

As we have stated, we will be refunded in full once you remove the fraud hold on your credit card you placed. Your account is frozen while you are disputing a charge.
