I am set to move into my new space next month, and I'd have to say Ziprent has made it very easy to work with in terms of time, simplicity and convenience. I love the fact that they are modern in terms of how they accept payments directly through their digital platform via ACH. That is key for me as we are in a digital world and the days of writing checks are far and gone. Docusign is another feature that pleases me as it's so simple, quick and efficient. We got the pdf copies signed by all parties for the lease contract next day via email. Arvand Sebastian has been great and responsive. We look forward to working with them further in the future. I can give a further detailed review as I become a longer tenant and grow the relationship further.

Extremely smooth rental process, very responsive. Entire process (from application to signing the lease) took less than 5 days. Price was great, place was great, process was great. 11/10 would use again. Highly recommend renting through Ziprent.

I was initially looking for a reasonably priced apartment unit on Zillow. When I stumbled upon an ideal lease, I was thrilled with how easy it was to engage with Ziprent. I am glad that with Ziprent, I can sign paperwork and pay for fees online. The lease agreement was also easy to understand and transparent of my responsibilities as a tenant and the property owner’s responsibilities. Ziprent representatives were also very helpful on phone call, helping me work out an ideal lease start date with the property owner on my behalf.

Ziprent helped me find tenants for my Oakland duplex. The experience was flawless and both units were rented within 1 month. The ziprent business model is extremely efficient and hands-off. However, if you need to speak to a live person, to ask questions or get a faster response than email, you can easily call them. I have never waited longer than 1 minute when calling! Amazing experience as a first-time landlord and I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

I was definitely surprised Ziprent found me a tenant as fast as they did. My home is in a somewhat rural area, but with ziprent I was had numerous viewings and applications within a few days. They were able to find me a tenant in about a week which is very impressive to me. Communication is also great and the responses from Ziprent are timely. They have a very modern and efficient approach to property management.
