Ziprent is just doing a great job,i would say it by far the best considering I've been pretty much everywhere around the world. The app is just great,you take immediate response to any of your enquiry or requests. Also from the landlord perspective ziprent acknowledges that your property is recorded properly and provides you proof with photos of all the move in and move out processes. Man, the best thing I like about it they literally lock your key and hang it on the door until new host comes and get the keys with a code that is valid for only 24h. Keep up the good job Ziprent!

I recently tried Ziprent for the first time to rent out a property. The whole process, from listing, showing, screening to rent collection, took less than 2 weeks. The staff are knowledgaeble and responsive and the team all know about our listing intimately, we can discuss any details with any of them anytime. Their photographer took amazing pictures of our property too. I am impressed by their smart lock arrangement where anyone interested can request a showing online and alloted a time and passcode to tour the property privately. They were able to arrange as much as 6 showings a day and that helped draw in a big pool of applicants in a short time. The website was easy to use and informative, I was able to find application status there easily. I am very happy with their service.

When looking for an apartment to rent, we came across a great property that was listed by Ziprent. Initially, we were slightly skeptical about viewing a property without meeting the property manager. However, being able to schedule a viewing almost immediately at a time that worked for our schedules was great. Once we saw the property, we reached out by email with some follow-up questions, and the team was incredibly responsive. It was definitely the best communication we had with any leasing team during our property search. Signing the lease and moving in was also very simple. From application to move in, it took a week. Overall, I would go through Ziprent again. The speed with which their process allowed us to move helped ensure that we ended up in a home we really love.

As a new landlord, I was anxious about the whole process. After doing some online research and searches for a vendor/agency to help me navigate and really take the burden off of qualifying, vetting, marketing, and managing our property. It was refreshing to locate Ziprent after interviewing several other agencies that wanted an enormous amount of money which would have required us to charge tenants so much in order to cover our expenses (mortgage, HOA, insurance, etc.) The process was so easy, their responsiveness to my questions is amazing, and the tenants we were able to secure are of impeccable quality. Thank Ziprent!

Very impressed with Ziprent during the onboarding process: • Daily update on leads and showings help us track progress and adjust price accordingly to minimize vacancy • Lockboxes for showings cut cost and increase showing flexibility • Online PMA signing process very easy to follow and it saves both parties time • Response to emails within 24 hours a huge plus as a lot of property managers do not respond during weekends. • ACH payment transfer simplifies process and increases my confidence that Ziprent will not deduct random cost from rental payment
