I couldn't ask for more. Ziprent was super fast, very responsive and managed to get me multiple prospective tenant applications in couple of days. The overall process of taking the property, listing and renting it out got done in 5 days. That's the fastest I can think off any rental management company would have done. Specific things to call out: 1. Amazing customer service and responsiveness. 2. World class integrated system. Everything is well integrated and you can see what's happening with the property at their dashboard. Every single email, notification etc. all are visible in their dashboard. That's quite impressive. 3. No contact automatic house viewing scheduling and management. I had almost 6 viewings everyday and it was all automatically managed by their system. Overall they will take care of taking professional pics, setting the lock ready for viewing and in couple of hrs, you house is up for showings on all major sites. The application consolidation, summarizing all applications and then moving ahead with lease was also a breeze. Highly recommended

wn a condo that I wanted to rent out during the pandemic. I had previously used local realtors who were good but charged a high fee based on a percentage of the rent. I found Ziprent online and decided to give them a try. The whole process was extremely smooth, efficient, and most of all, fair and a great value for me as a property owner. I love the concept of being charged a flat, reasonable fee to find a tenant, and then another flat, reasonable monthly fee for management that is optional. Provides great flexibility to property owners, and it still ends up being reasonable even if you have frequent turnover of tenants. They have a fairly large team that is well organized and helps you with each step of the process until you find a tenant. It required very little work on my part, and they were able to find a tenant within a few days. After they found a tenant, the founder of the company personally reached out to me and asked for feedback. I sent my feedback and suggestions for improvement not expecting any response, but to my surprise, he promptly e-mailed me back and we had a good discussion back and forth about the process and potential areas for improvement. It's always a great sign when the founder is so accessible, approachable, and open to feedback with the goal of making something good even better. I'll definitely be using them every time I need to find a new tenant in the future.

We rented a house via Ziprent. We were able to set up a next-day appointment online to view the property and they provided a code for the lockbox to be able to let ourselves in and take a look at our own pace with no one else there. Once we decided to rent the house, the leasing team was very responsive to our questions and we were able to make the security deposit and rent payment all online through the portal, so no need to call anyone or send a check or anything like that. The whole experience was very smooth.

I was lucky to rent a house through Ziprent. All the process was done online. I got the appointment with convenient time for me, got the code from key-lock device, see the house without a manager. Actually it was the first house which I saw but it was so good and I applied to it with a $35 fee per adult person. I wasn't sure that I will be chosen by homeowners so I continue to see the other houses, sent about 12 application via Zillow and check one more house via Ziprent. After about two days I got the application confirmation from the first house. I got the another code from key-lock, do the walkthrough inspection, upload these pictures online and move-in. So I rented a house without meet someone in person!

I have to be honest, I'm not big on writing reviews. I only take the time to do it if a business sucks, or is exceptional, there is no in between. In this case I cannot say enough good things about Ziprent. I'm engaged and planning a wedding, as well as a move to Puerto Rico, all while dealing with the worlds worst construction company completing repairs on my place, and becoming a landlord for the first time. Needless to say I've had a bit going on, and none of it has gone smoothly, until I started the process with Ziprent. They are the only ones who have actually made my life easier. They are truly phenomenal, and set the standard for how I feel every business should be ran. For anyone who is into instant gratification, constant communication and follow through, this is the company for you! Let's not even get into how affordable they are. The level of professionalism, and how easy they make everything is second to none. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company, there service is truly superior!

The staff is professional and available - there were no long wait times on the phone or email. I thought the process from initial photos to tenant placement was seamless and well worth the money. They are knowledgeable about the market and were able to answer all questions I had. I look forward to having my unit managed by them.

I rented out my condo for the first time with Ziprent and I am really impressed with their service and team. They walked me through the entire process and provided suggestions along the way. The team that I have been in communication with were professional and responsive. At first, I was hesitant with the unsupervised showings. After going through it, I think it is a great idea and definitely shortened the time period to find qualified applicants. They listed the condo on several websites and set almost a dozen showings over the first weekend. I was able to find a qualified applicant in just a few days! When I compare them to more traditional property managers, I find that I am getting BETTER service for a much lower price.

For the Ziprent Team: Thanks so much, both for this service (both finding the perfect tenants, and managing the property) and the amazing follow through from members of your team. My concern was that there would be too little follow up and care since this is mostly an internet based service, and the opposite has been the case. You and your group are to be commended for hiring top notch folks and training them to be helpful and attentive to needs. There were at first a limited number of technical glitches in regards to the transfer of payments into my bank account, probably because technology hates me personally. That has since been resolved, and I expect smooth sailing from here on. I have already recommended others to use your service, and am referring service vendors to your repair team for vetting. Keep up the good work. We have enjoyed working with so many of your team members, and am concerned about singling out a few at the risk of leaving others out, but Alyssa L was amazing on the first contact, and Bryan and Harrison in I believe repairs have been outstanding as have Tom, Karen and so many others. I am impressed with your commitment to customer service. . . even overwhelmed with the sheer number of issues we are facing this first time through, but hopefully that will decline massively once the tenants are moved in. As conscientious landlords we wish to provide a wonderful carefree home for our tenants, but we also have heard the horror stories about tenants who complain about every little perceived slight, which is why we are going through a management company to help cover these issues, resolving the real problems, while containing or curbing the extraneous ones. Our hope is that your team will shield us from the unreasonable demands. But I think we are all vested in getting things off to a great start so that hopefully this tenancy will be a long term one. We are already considering other properties to switch over management to Ziprent.
