This was my first time using Ziprent and it has been an overall great experience. The agents are knowledgeable and keep good notes from previous calls so they are able to quickly help answer questions/concerns. The online portal is convenient and tracks progress through the leasing process. Highly recommend for tenants to simplify the renting process.

I highly recommend landlords to use Ziprent if they need high quality property management service. Arvand and his team have been doing an amazing job leasing my properties quickly and efficiently. This time, It was difficult one as we started to rent it out at this low season time and the nature of this house being big house with high price point. They were able to find very high quality tenants. Even though we had to lower the price several times and we rented it out at a lower than expected price, we are satisfy with their service. Ziprent’s tenant placement team communicated and coordinated effectively with us and the potential tenants so that we were able to offer and sign the lease with the tenant promptly and successfully.

Transparent process. Responsive staff. Speedy application result. Everything is signed electronically with docusign. Rent info is managed in Ziprent’s online system. Overall a very pleasant process. Highly recommended.

The general process of renting through Ziprent was smooth. They were on top of everything, answered my questions in a timely manner, and were very pleasant. I have only three very slight criticisms. First, I wish they would’ve put in all the details of the HOA fees I would have to pay in the lease before I signed. I would’ve still signed the lease, but knowing all of the fees I’d have pay—in addition to the deposit—would help. It just seemed unnecessary to be surprised by the fees even though there was a general statement that I’d be responsible for HOA rules in the lease. But they should spell out the rules for each unit. Second, I was unable to see the amenities because it was not clear that they were available to view. Finally, I planned to move in on the 31st of December. I know that’s not ideal, but I have to begin working on the 3rd of January and this was most convenient for me. Because of the HOA rules, I am unable to move in on the 31st and they don’t allow for people to move in on thr weekends. Again, it’s not a major deal, I just wish this was clearly stated in the lease so I could plan accordingly. It’s difficult as it is navigating a move across the country. Minus these critiques, the ziprent staff remained professional, gracious and understanding, and they convinced the owner to prorate the rent because I was unable to move in on the original date. In spite of these things, I still recommend using ziprent.

Smooth Experience I am a renter and my landlord used Ziprent to lease our their apartment. ZIprent's website was easy to use to apply, process payments, complete walkthroughs, etc.. My application was approved pretty quickly with good communication -- my total turn-around from applying to signing the lease agreement was just a few days. Overall, I have no complaints.

This is my first experience with a rental property and using a property management company. Ziprent has made the process seem quick and easy. They screen the tenants, set up tours, and propose potential tenants. The automatic ACH transfers have typically reached my account within 2 days. So, that’s a plus. Overall the whole ziprent team has been very responsive and helpful. They’ve definitely made a good impression on me.

This is my first time working with a property management firm and I e-mailed ZipRent questions for an entire year during the pandemic about their services. They patiently answered my questions and when I finally used them, we took photos of the apartment Monday, listings went up Wednesday and I had an application by Saturday and contract drawn and finalized early the following week. I'm very happy with my tenants and the entire process.
