I am so glad we found Ziprent via Yelp. I did reach out to few folks in our community to get feedback about Ziprent before reaching out to them and the ones using Ziprent gave positive feedback. Few items we really liked about Ziprent are: * Giving home owner complete control to set the rental price and to chose the applicants. They do send out a pdf with recent rental prices for properties they manage in the zipcode, which is very helpful in setting the rental price. This gave us a realistic number for rental price for the listing. * Letting the owner keep the deposit paid by tenants ( we found it very absurd when few property management companies said they will hold onto the deposit) * Very good communication via email from the whole team. * Professional photos taken were very good and I think helped us land on applicants within a week of posting. * For making the whole journey of finding tenants so seamless. * Liked the online portal wherein we could see which prospective tenants had contacted Ziprent about the listing. Also ability to see the application details as and when the prospective tenants updated it. * The listing advertisement can be edited by the home owner before it goes live and even later Ziprent allowed us to make few minor additions to the listing. * They did an amazing job at the complete background check and provided us with the list of applicants to chose from based on credit report, income, background report etc. In short very glad that Ziprent let us, home owners, to take the decisions in this whole journey of finding tenants. We have chosen to use their services as well for property management.

Ziprent has been very helpful in helping me and my elderly mother rent her home in Oakland. We live in Los Angels and Ziprent handles lease, credit check and background checks. They let us know similar rental properties monthly rental rates. They notify us when rent is paid and any repairs needed at the property a great service and value. Thanks you Ziprent for making it a easy and reliable way to rent a property hundreds of miles from where we live.

During the listing process, Ziprent managers followed every lead/touring request/lease application and kept me updated with details. Always responded on time whenever I had questions.

The experience with Ziprent for tenant placement was very positive and efficient. A professional photographer took numerous pictures of the flat to be rented. Staff were very pleasant, professional, & readily available to answer any questions. The whole process was done online and very efficient.

I’ve used Ziprent’s tenant placement services twice now. I have a rental property in Vallejo and I live in San Francisco and as a non-driver, I was stressed about how I was going to be able to show my place to potential tenants. It would have meant taking the ferry over and spending a full day being at my condo to show it. Who has time for that? So I was so excited to find a service that would do all of the work for me. They came to my place and took photos and did a walk through and recommended what needed to be done (painting, cleaning etc…), they posted my listing on all the main sites, and thoroughly vetted all potential tenants with background checks and credit reports, and even drew up the lease for the tenants to sign. I literally couldn’t have done it without them and it was totally worth the $1,000 fee. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

This company has been very gracious in answering our many questions and have been very quick to respond. There are some issues that we had but once brought to the attention of the ceo things were fixed in a great and timely manner. Very good company to rent from and look forward to being a tenant for them.

Very easy to use. Issues are dealt with swiftly.
