So thankful that I found my rental home with Ziprent. During the process of selling my home and moving into a rental I initially went with another company and it was a nightmare with horrible customer service and a confusing application process. Ziprent was the complete opposite. I found a home that I loved on Zillow and was able to schedule a showing the same day. I loved the house and the customer service team reached out to help me apply. The application was easy and straightforward and I was approved within a week. We are so excited to move in and have had great customer service since day 1. Everyone I have talked to is kind and knowledgeable AND they get back to you very quickly with any requests. I highly recommend renting through Ziprent to anyone looking for a stress-free experience.

I have used Ziprent to place tenants as well as to act as property manager, and they're wonderful for both. They're well-priced, efficient, and make rental property ownership in the Bay Area as easy as it will ever get. I will not ever manage rental property in the Bay Area without them. Because everything is automated, rents are timely collected and received, repairs are timely reported and made, placing tenants and entering into new leases is easy peasy. Their online platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for those of us who aren't particularly tech-savvy. On the tenant side, I'd rent a Ziprent property in a heartbeat as they make the process easy for tenants as well- convenient property showings, easy communication, easy rent payment process, and prompt handling of repair requests. 5 stars to Ziprent for doing a great job overall!

I am quite happy with how streamlined and user-friendly the whole ZipRent process was. Being able to set up showing appointments at the click of a button and complete the lease application digitally was such a huge convenience and alleviated a lot of the stress that comes with looking for a new place. Their customer service was on point too. All the representatives were quick to respond and always had helpful answers, or provided resolutions if it was needed.

Ziprents has set a very high bar. We were well informed through the entire process and felt supported by them, while still being in control. We are very satisfied with the excellent service!

Ziprent has been excellent to work with! Quick response time and answered any questions we had. They have been very communicative through the whole renting process.

Zip rent had excellent service. All of the communication was done virtually and proactively which is necessary during the pandemic. We ended up going through the process of viewing a rental where they gave us the code for a keypad padlock. From there we were able to apply, sign the lease, and pay rent all through their website. It was very simple compared with my previous unit where I had to mail out a physical check. Zip rent representatives have been responsive to all my questions.

I had a great experience with ZipRent staff and 8ts automated system. The staff were very efficient and professional. The automated system kept me very well informed of the process. Will definitely use ZipRent again!
