Our experience during the leasing process was great!! It was our first time hearing about Ziprent and using Ziprent, so we were a bit confused at times not for the instructions, but for the fact that there was no human interaction. I don’t live in the area close to my fiancé or the rental property, therefore my fiancé and I found it very convenient that everything was done electronically. The whole process was very quick and efficient, so we are both very satisfied!!

Truly impressive! Someone always picked up the phone and, more importantly, had great answers kindly delivered - in one case, they even quickly got an attorney to answer a lease question. Everything was speedy and seamless!

I have to say, so far, we have had a very pleasant experience working with Ziprent. First of all, we really like the website and the way the system is set up. It is very easy to see the progress and to find information regarding the leads, showings, leases, etc. Also, we really appreciate that everyone is very quick to respond. We like the fact that there is no one person assigned to our property and that everything is handled by the team. This results in a very quick communication with no hassle on any of the parties involved. Ziprent did a great job doing credit/background checks of applicants and chose a qualified tenant for our property. The qualification criteria that is set at Ziprent is very close to our own (we used to manage our property before) and we are happy that they even called to verify the information. Overall, they provide a quality service for the money. It's worth it and I would recommend to my family/friends who own rental properties.

Ziprent has been both an incredible agent and transparent tool and takes property marketing and management to a new level. They are extremely responsive and effective in what they do while keeping costs extremely manageable.
