ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

Ziprent was very professional and flexible in providing us with options available . The interaction was seem less and all of the associates that we spoke to were very polite and friendly to work with. This made the whole process very light and use friendly. I would recommend Ziprent for both property management and tenant placement.

Excellent service for finding tenants and managing properties, at a great rate

I previously tried working with another property management group and found their photos to be poor quality and they insisted on only posting to a handful of sites. They were unable to generate any viable leads at the asking price. Working with Ziprent, I suggested the same rental amount and was swamped with leads to the point that I raised the price. Still flush with applicants, I was presented with a very qualified candidate. Very pleased with the outcome.

Ziprent exceeded my expectations! The process for tenant placement was seamless! I found every step to be clearly explained and carried out. The staff was patient to answer my questions and also fast to respond to emails. The market value report helped me gauge what was a fair rental price. My unit was rented out to a solid candidate quickly. The website platform let me stay on top of everything that was happening with my property. The daily emails kept me in the loop of new prospects. The professional photographer also made a big difference for the property listing. Overall, the Ziprent staff was on top of their game! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tenant placement and property management.

Another great leasing experience. Ziprent has always found qualified tenants very quickly. I used to handle turnovers myself and having Ziprent's expertise and great staff take over has been one of the best business decisions I have made. The ongoing management is both affordable and fantastic. I highly recommend.

Ziprent was incredibly easy, very professional and always responsive to my "many" questions. They made a stressful situation as pain free and simple as could be. Thank you for helping my family get into our dream home!

I ended up listing two of my homes with ziprent to rent our houses and they were great, they took pictures and listed the house quick.

I have been with Ziprent for over a year. The great thing about this rental service is it provides one platform for all rental, rent and repair needs. There is a constant feeds regarding tenant leads, visits and the application process. I have found this to be very convenient. If I ever have a need to communicate to tenants, ziprent takes care of this conveying to them. I have recommended this to my couple friends and I hope this feedback will reach them or anyone to utilize this service.
