Ziprent has been amazing, both finding tenants and maintaining the property. They are incredibly responsive and proactive and very flexible. Very happy to have them managing two of my properties

Ziprent is excellent i highly recommend! They made the rental process seamless for me, quick responses from Ziprent team and best of all being able to view properties at my own convenience with the codes. The whole process took 8 days to get a fabulous rental. Thank you to Ziprent team and a wonderful landlady!

Ziprent has been extremely helpful during from onboarding through management. They respond to our questions in a timely manner and go above and beyond to make the process as easy for us as possible. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property management team.

Generally, the lease up process went very smooth. The Ziprent staff were responsive and available to answer questions and address any issues during the process. Our unit leased up in less than 3 weeks from the initial posting!

Ziprent is not only doing rental activity, they also help the tenant , -to fix any infrastructure related issues, - clarify ambiguous issues if any, - play neutral role between the owner and tenant, - communicate promptly on any queries both verbally and on mails/SMS with utmost clarity and sense of purpose - all employees are courteous, efficient and effectively performing their assigned job to the satisfaction of both parties - In our case we could finalize the whole deal in a couple of days ,which is unheard of in our experience of about 5 decades

I decided to work with Ziprent because (a) their online rating was far ahead of other players (b) they were cheaper than the rest and © they required me to do the least amount of work. I was hugely impressed with their work -- I'll call them amazon of property management world. The overall process - from getting the pictures clicked, to getting the listing live on various platforms, to getting leads, showings and applications, and then leasing -- was very smooth for me. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience with Ziprent renting my duplex. The staff was patient and informative helping me walk through the computer steps. They even talked to my daughter in law to continue my registration for my rental. My property rented within 3days. Ziprent helped me pick the best candidate for the property. It was painless renting this time.
