ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

We have just completed the lease renewal with Ziprent. The renewal process is very efficient. The quick response of the leasing team to our request in amending the lease is also impressive.

Loved ziprent! Great communication and easy to understand portal. Highly recommended this company. They even answered my 10pm phone call!

Ziprent managed to lease my house in 2 weeks. I have had updates on what’s going on with my house at every turn and also in a weekley basis. I’m pleased with the transparent process the company provides.

Mike Thomas was my contact for the HVAC unit and he arrived early found the issue and explained what needed to be done thoroughly.

Smooth experience working with Ziprent from scheduling a viewing all the way to move-in. I was hesitant at first since they seemed to be one of those rental companies you don't speak to a person at all at any point, but they were communicative and clear throughout the entire process. On move-in day our lockbox code for the key wasn't working, I called and was able to get an actual human on the phone immediately. She was super sweet and promptly texted me a new code that worked. Post move in- we had a couple of questions regarding gates, remotes, little things here and there- and we also got a swift email response, even on a Sunday. Good experience all around, however I did take one star off because the property we moved into was very dirty, and apparently I have to request a cleaning BEFORE move in, which was never explicitly stated. I just assumed that was a common courtesy that would be done.

Overall we have had a great experience with Ziprent thus far. Recently purchased a single family home rental property and this was our first experience with a property management company. I had looked into a few others but appreciated their responsiveness and flexibility in services. The whole tenant placement experience was really smooth and so far we’re happy. I wish we had had a little more guidance in terms of pricing our property because although I chose the very top of their provided comps range, I do feel that their estimates were too low for our specific property, but that’s partially my fault as well.

I had an overall excellent experience with Zipent! I like the way that I can self-tour on my own pace. The property is very clean and well prepared by the Ziprent team. Their responsiveness is impressive. They handled all my inquiries and concerns with great care and attention. The entire leasing journey was smooth. I recommend Ziprent to anyone seeking a hassle-free and professional leasing experience.

Our experience with Ziprent has been seamless. In a competitive rental market we were worried that we may not find a new place in time. Thankfully, that was not the case. Our new landlords used Ziprent to market their home and select new tenants. Our experience was easy and can only imagine that it made things easier for the landlords as well as they said they were getting hundreds of contacts and tens of applications in only a few days, which is hard to filter through. Ziprent arranged a viewing for us in record time, after which we were sent a link to submit an application. The application process was pain free and we heard back from Ziprent within 48 hours that we were selected as tenants. In the interim process it was easy to contact them for updates from the landlord and have our questions answered. Probably the best part about our experience was being able to sign and handle the new leasing agreement electronically which was quite convenient and seemingly secure - no need to print and scan. After that we were put in direct contact with the landlords. All in all a great experience that moved things along at record speed.
