Their processes from initial listing to following up on leads to showing the property to following up w/ prospective Tenants - all is very streamlined and super efficient. Great application and virtual lease signing experience. Initially found and applied to a rental, the viewing process was super easy and straightforward. That application was denied due to going with another applicant so they offered to transfer our paid application to another available rental which was great. Market is competitive right now and we had already spent over $100 in application fees so far. We found another property and had a viewing scheduled right away. We had some questions about the property and the reps at ziprent were incredibly responsive, informative, and professional. We had all questions answered and lease signed in 24 hours. Overall very satisfied with the experience from a renters perspective.
