I am very impressed with the level of customer service I have received from Ziprent. This was my first time working with a virtual property management. The application process was easy, and my favorite part was that Ziprent kept following up with the property owner until they reached a decision. Their customer service was great and so were the updates. I always knew where I stood in the process without having to initiate contact first. I highly recommend Ziprent for anyone’s property management needs.

Everything went well. The efficiency of Ziprent in posting the rental, screening tenants, and setting up the schedule of showings is invaluable to me. The only improvement could be to have more information up front about handling rental units for which the HOA doesn’t allow lock boxes. Also, it would have been good for Ziprent to forward the signed lease directly to the HOA.

Extremely positive experience applying and leasing through Ziprent. I have always been able to reach an appropriate team member by email, text, or phone during the leasing process, and they've always had the information I needed right at their fingertips. Everyone is friendly and professional, and the focus on quick and accurate communication is evident. Great service: Secure, affordable, and trustworthy. The email only correspondence was a little bit frustrating at times but overall Ziprent is a great service.

Process is extremely streamlined and no ambiguity involved. In case I had a concern or issue it was immediately answered via email or a phone call Also scheduling of property showings is all automated and keeps the landlord updated with concrete and tangible updates and recommendations

At 57 years old, I have dealt with a lot of landlords and their property managers. Ziprent is without a doubt the most sophisticated, friendly and easy to access team with which I have ever had the pleasure to work. We are now into our 3rd year of renting the same home through ZipRent, so we have had plenty of experience with them. I really appreciate that they have online processes for dealing with leasing documents, inspections, repairs and payments. They respond very quickly with repair requests…even though the contractors themselves aren’t always as quick to respond. They always follow up to be sure the work gets done and welcome feedback. Despite never having met anyone from ZipRent in person, they make me feel like they know who I am and want me and my family to have a good experience as tenants.

Had a really great experience with Ziprent. Found a townhouse on Zillow rentals that was listed through ziprent. I emailed them and they gave me a code to a lockbox that was on the door of the townhouse. I didn't have to meet with a realtor in person, and I was able to go at whatever time was convenient for myself and husband. Application process was easy, the owner contacted us through Ziprent and decided we would be good fit as renters. Throughout the whole move in process, we never met the owner or a realtor. All was done online. I would highly recommend this company!
