ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

Ziprent was fantastic throughout the entire application process. I really appreciate the timely responses to my inquiries and concerns. Would highly recommend!

Every person I interacted with was professional and efficient when assisting me. They great communication and customer service.

With Covid behind us it did create a new way of navigating the world around us. As we keep up with the time of technology, Ziprent has been the most newest way of communication and scheduling a viewing for an apartment. I'm currently a new empty nester and looking for a smaller place just for me. With the scope of work I do, I have meetings throughout the day so scheduling a house viewing can be time consuming. However, I have came a cross a perfect 1bedroom who property Manager uses Ziprent, and I have to say that it allowed me to schedule a viewing time that fits my schedule and I will be able to see it by myself which means I can visualize myself really living there without any pressure of someone rushing my time or showing me around. Videos, how to links and pictures on how to access the unit and the expectation of viewing the unit by myself. Also, Ziprent I am able too apply for the apartment, and know all the requirements of renting the unit. I think I just may have found my new start journey as a empty nester. This definitely saved me a lot with scheduling, any questions I had were all answered. Looking forward to seeing potentially my new place!

Ziprent has been the best app/company offering a phenomenal experience searching for a new home. Thank you Ziprent!

I contacted Ziprent in regards to their listing when searching for a rental house for my family in Redmond WA. I had some very specific requirements for the house and at the same time several constraints being a foreign citizen and also a large pet owner. Ziprent listing turned out to picture the property very accurately ( as opposed to others) , and they handled the application process very quickly and professionally resolving multiple technical difficulties.

We found our new place in San Leandro via Ziprent recently, I LOVED the private viewing option as it allowed us to wander, unhurried, through the house to figure out where things might go and to envision our family living in the place. They were very helpful with (non-intrusive) follow up and reminders and the online application process was a breeze. We have a somewhat complicated situation as I am self-employed and resistant to allow apps access to my bank accounts but they worked with us over several days to make sure we met their requirements in a manner comfortable and secure for both parties.

Ziprent has quickly responded to our needs as tenants and made things more convenient.

Ziprent was very helpful with my complicated application. We had 5 roommates filling out 5 applications, and Ziprent was very quick to help with any issues we had.
