Ziprent did virtually everything: Took photos, listed my house on dozens of sites, created a queue to view the house, communicated all leads, showings, applications, etc…, Ziprent rated applicants and recommended qualified applicants, the fee charged for tenant placement was more than fair. I like Ziprent as the customer service is very good, but can have slow responses at time. When they respond they’re very helpful telling what you’re missing on the application and recommends what to put on the application.
