They have a very professional team who are available to help when needed, every time I had a question and called in, they always helped us and resolved any open item. As a Rental Home Owner, I would highly recommend ZipRent. I found working with ZipRent efficient, timely and frictionless. I appreciated the Daily Activity Reports as well as the Weekly Digest of the previous weeks activities. The Home Dashboard/Portal is quite handy … at any point in the day (I checked twice a day) you can check your Dashboard and be up to speed on Leads, Showings, Applications, etc - all without having to make a phone call! And, when a live conversation is required, ZipRent was always reachable via phone and great on follow through.

Professional, knowledgeable and very aqurate. Super responsive to any requests days and nights. Will highly recommend Ziprent services to any real estate investor. Will work again with them for my upcoming unit . Reps are very responsive with effective advices.

Ziprent was quick and easy!! I had help and support from a competent staff every step of the way. It took just a few days for ziprent to send a photographer out and take pictures, then do the tenant placement and sign the contract.. before you know it I had a deposit from the tenants in my bank account. Ziprent is transparent in their costs and their service is speedy. We listed a rental right before the New Year holiday weekend and they were reachable through the weekend when some questions arose. They answer the phone and they are helpful. They are really great about follow-up as well to keep everything on track. Personally, I love the automation their website software brings to the process. It allowed us to complete a lease over the holiday weekend with little issue that were quickly resolved by the support staff.
