This was my first time using Ziprent for my rental and I will say it was the most seamless process. I first saw the property listing and was able to view the property the same day. I liked that I got to take my time viewing the property and it helped me realize the property was a perfect fit. I ended up applying and then signing my lease with Ziprent. The application process was super easy and user friendly. I had a question about the property and reached out to a representative. I received communication within 2 minutes and it really made me feel like I made the right choice for my rental. The move in process was also a breeze and I felt like Ziprent kept me up to date on the process from start to end.

Ziprent work online, it is very unique, fast and professional. I scheduled my tour online, I could pick which day and what time frame that I wanted to see the property. Then I received a code via text to get the key of the property. Their instruction is very clear and easy to enter the rental. Then my landlord did repairs quickly. Overall, it's a great experience!

Then my landlord did repairs quickly. I will be moving in the end of this month. The whole process is very smooth, and Ziprent staffs are very nice and helpful. Overall, it's a great experience!
