Ziprent is a great company for several reasons. First, they respond to emails promptly, usually within the same day or the next day. Second, they help landlords screen high-quality tenants. Tenants screened by them will have a ZIPScore, which landlords can use to decide whether to rent or not. Third, Ziprent has professional photographers who can take high-quality photos of the properties.

The folks at ZipRent are courteous and knowledgeable. We recently had a scheduling conflict where one party was installing new flooring while another party was attempting to move in. The ZipRent team quickly and seamlessly contacted the parties involved, solved the issue, and everyone was happy.
