ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

Ziprent is always very responsive when it come to attending to the tenants needs.if you call ziprent or email them they will return the email.ASAP. Thank You Ziprent

It has been a fantastic experience collaborating with Ziprent to rent a property of our choice. Ziprent has been very communicative and approachable throughout the whole process. We wouldn't hesitate to continue working with Ziprent in the future as well.

I was able to successfully rent out my SF apartment thru zip rent after just 2 months. I feel they offered a very good service. I do think they need to make some changes to their algorithms in recommending the landlord to aggressively lower their rental price and In how they manage multiple applicants at once, but I am confident they can address those issues and offer an even better service. I will recommend ziprent for others to use in renting out their property.

Ziprent was very thorough and quite helpful as we worked together to rent our new home. They have excellent customer service, very friendly employees, and timely responses to text and email.

I am a tenant. They schedule the showing promptly, they processed over emails all the paperwork the same day (and on a Sunday!), they have been super responsive every step of the way. Excellent customer service.

Our property recently had a tenant changeover and I must say the Ziprent personnel really stepped up during the process. They were very responsive with returning calls and were prompt in dealing with issues that needed attention. For example, the old tenants left the property very dirty and damaged and Ziprent was great at getting vendors to deal with the repairs. I dealt with Alison from the the department that does move-outs and she was a gem. She noted every item that needed to be addressed/repaired and did an excellent job communicating with me. Compared to my previous management company whereby all the personnel were responding to calls from a foreign country where my calls never get returned sometimes or the instance when a needed repair was never brought to my attention, I will rate Ziprent 5stars for their prompt and great customer service!

Ziprent did a pretty good tenant onboarding process on my property, including: market analysis, professional photo taking, listing and application screening. I like the way they are doing things, also their portal is very professional and easy to use. Feel like in the whole process, I know every details about where my property is at in the rental market and how the showing process goes. I get my property rented out in 10 days, super smoothy process. Now continuing working with them for my property manager. Would recommend this company!

I have worked with ZipRent since 2021, Staff in every department has been providing excellent customer service with efficiency, courtesy, and best judgment. They have been prompt at responding and have handled any issues we have had.
