ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

Landlord here. I recently used Ziprent to rent out my property. I always find renting out the property extra stressful. This is the first time I have used a property management company. I called around and read tons of reviews before going with Ziprent. They were for sure the best pricing. Well, I was blown away by how easy they made the process. They essentially handled everything from the showings, screening, walkthrough, documents, and lease paperwork to collecting the deposits and rent. I was beyond happy to pay their fee. I will continue to use them in the future.

Just recently I decided to sell my house and move to a smaller space. Being middle aged and having a rental history from the 1980's has made this process daunting. I was so very grateful that some properties are working with Ziprent. What a game changer. They have made the process of touring a prospective home easy. They give you plenty of times and days to choose when you want to schedule a self guided tour. You don't have to wait for a property manager or owner. Their instructions on how to use the lock box to access the key is very clear and they provide numbers to call should you have any questions or problems accessing the property. They even have a short video tutorial. After touring a home they get back to you promptly should you have any questions or concerns. Both Ziprent properties I toured were very clean and access was easy. The other thing I liked is that you have a two hour window in which to view the homes. I'm relieved when I see that it is a Ziprent property knowing that everything will go smoothly.

Constant communication, very quick responses, ziprent managers take care of getting bids for repairs and scheduling them with tenants. Trust their services. Removes the hassle of coordination on our side. Keep up the good work!

Working with Ziprent was a really positive experience. I wasn't familiar with the company or their process, but quickly find them and it to be easy to work with. They've even followed up with me to make sure I was able to follow some previous instructions related to finalizing move-in.

They help with everything, they’re always open & very helpful, courteous staff & made my leasing process so much easier than usual.

When I call txt or email, they look right into my file and give me details and updates

Ziprent were very quick to respond to any issue we had. They had phone reps available at all times for us to reach and talk to. Everyone was very reassuring and helpful. They made signing and lease and moving in quick and easy.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with Ziprent and their team's services. Ziprent has been such a pleasant, stress-free, and accommodating choice for us! Really glad that we approached Ziprent for Tenant placement. Right from the beginning of transparency on how they dealt with the potential tenants, the process and follow up as well as quick response from their team was extraordinary!! Keep up the good work!!
