ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

I was amazed at the team effort being put in by various members at any time in the day. I was surprised with the speed and efficiency your team prepared to put the property for rent on your website and share. I would have preferred to be informed and see the description before making it available for public. Your collective advice was much appreciated since it is my first experience. About TESLA storage wall addition, I would have added this in the beginning instead a note at the end since it is needed during power outage for work from home population. May be we can think about it for next lease. Many thanks.

Ziprent made me and my partner experience extraordinary. They actually take the time to respond and understand the needs of the client.

Amazing company to work with ! They take the time and patience to help you no matter how big or small the question is !

Ziprent is an organization that takes pride in their exceptional property management services. They are professionals, knowledgeable and have integrity. Great customer service and guiadance.

Fast response to questions. No hassle.

One of the worst property management companies I've ever dealt with. They act as a middleman, who will have you coordinate with vendors and try to figure out issues with techs. The relationship managers and reps always sound annoyed that you're calling. Highly recommend not using them.

While I was sorting out what property manager to use, Ziprent maintained a steady presence with reminders about services and offers of assistance. It was evident these were coming from actual people. Pricing and services were clear and upfront. Any questions I had were answered within 24 hours, but usually within minutes. I did end up speaking to someone at Ziprent to make sure I was understanding everything and he was great. Very friendly, welcoming, gave me some advice, and ultimately got me started with Ziprent. The onboarding process was pretty smooth and straightforward. It was definitely quick. The Ziprent team does not collect dust. Perhaps most importantly I am pleased with my tenant. I had no idea what kind of tenant I was looking for, but the first one to complete an application seems like a dream. Ziprent was wholeheartedly recommended to me by a work colleague and I will wholeheartedly recommend Ziprent to anyone looking for a property manager.

A great value, Ziprent placement services gave me a legal lease, advice, advertising, professional photos and an inspection (without charging me a full month of rent). I don’t personally need a property manager for maintenance but they will do rent collection on its own and find the renters. They are also ready to jump in and do the full property management if I need it without a long term commitment. Per my request, they let me do the showings of the house when it was vacant so I could meet prospective tenants and answer questions. I could always get ahold of them on the phone and through email very quickly. This is exactly what I was looking for because I did want to be the main manager, but wanted the backup of an official company to deter unqualified renters. I strongly recommend their services to any do it yourself landlord that I know.
