I decided to get a certain brand hearing aid after trying it for a week. The hearing aid cost was $7,000 at the place I tested it which I couldn't afford. I checked around for the least expensive I could get it for and found that Zip Hearing was one of the lowest prices. Almost half of what I was boing to pay at the other place. Jeff has always answered my call or called back quickly if he couldn't. He has followed up with each request and put me in touch with a Hearing Center in Las Vegas that I could use. It just has been a great experience. Unbelievable for being the least expensive for what I needed.

Prior to my making a purchase, ZipHearing coordinated an initial consultation with my local hearing center affiliated with ZipHearing. The hearing instrument specialist there reviewed my audiogram and confirmed that the recommended hearing aid was suitable for my level of hearing loss, and also offered an alternative with similar features in the same price range. The same specialist provided quality care for subsequent fitting, adjustments and follow-up for the equipment I eventually purchased. From my initial telephone inquiry through order placement, delivery, fitting, and follow-ups, I found ZipHearing’s customer service to be knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. I particularly appreciated ZipHearing’s transparency about pricing and services, and I liked dealing with the same easy-to-reach individual (Jeff) throughout the entire process. I recommend ZipHearing to anyone considering a hearing aid purchase.

My Zip Hearing experience was excellent. I purchased my aids at a discount and received local, professional, setup and adjustment as part of the package. Zip seems to care about their customers, and in improving their service wherever possible. They are open to criticism and suggestion. They checked in with me several times during my experience.
