From the very beginning with Zip, it has been excellent experience. They found an audiologist with 30 years experience that knew all the details in adjusting the hearing aid to give me maximum comfort.

I did much research of the makes and models of hearing aids that are available. I looked at the possible ways of purchasing what I needed to meet my hearing impairment. ZipHearing put me on the right path and as of today I have no regrets. The hearing aid I have is very sophisticated. The personal help and expertise in the buying experience and setting up (tuning) of my ear piece has been excellent. Five stars plus.

ZipHearing is simply great! I started researching hearing aids online and came upon ZipHearing. There's a lot of good information on the site. I registered with them and began receiving occasional emails from the CEO that were very informative. After continued research, I finally decided to move forward. It was a great decision. ZipHearing forwarded the name of a local audiologist and I scheduled an appointment. The audiologist and his staff were excellent! I've had my hearing aids for two weeks now and have my follow-up appointment in a couple of days. I'm a very satisfied customer who highly recommends ZipHearing!

ZipHearing has produced several very informative Youtube articles on hearing/hearing aids. I had a question, called the "contact us" number and spoke with Jeff, who answered my questions about hearing aids in general and then told me how ZipHearing works. I was impressed with the overall professionalism and made an appointment with the local ZipHearing audiologist. I felt confident enough to order new aids, which arrived about a week later. I have been using them for almost two weeks and I LOVE the improvement over old technology. I am also impressed with the excellent customer service Jeff has provided since the purchase.

They sell many brands of hearing aids including premium one for a very “humane” price. I was able to save more than a thousand dollars. They would refer you to an audiologist associated with Ziphearing. All visits including hearing tests were free of charge for me. I would like to express my special appreciation to Jeff from Ziphearing. He was very professional, honest and prompt. No hidden charges, no tricks, no delays, no unfulfilled promises. My wife lost one hearing aid at a baseball game, just after the warranty expired. Her audiologist said it would cost $2700 to replace, but when we went in to their office, they couldn’t get the new one to pair with the old one. I decided to see if I could do better online. ZipHearing offered the same brand and model for about 2/3 of the price, and they offered to send us to a local audiologist to recheck my wife’s hearing and pair the new hearing aid with the one we still had, all at no cost to us. We checked out the online reviews of what we had before, as well as a few competitors, all of which Zip had available at similar discounted prices, and my wife ended up buying a new pair (with a new warranty) for only a little more than what we would have paid the original place for just one. An excellent outcome.
