After having been told (from a audiologist) that I needed hearing aids and was informed of the prices for them, I wanted to investigate further the cost. While on the internet searching for hearing aids, I ran across the company ZipHearing among other companies. I investigated them further and found almost all reviews (and they were plenty) had a very good experience, and ZipHearing had a A+ rating. This company replied quickly to my questions and emails (along with a great cost savings). After speaking with Jeff from ZipHearing a couple of times I was very impressed. They also requested for me to go to a special audiologist that was located near my home to verify my hearing needs (the cost was included in the cost of the hearing aids). After verifying my hearing issues, the process started. Within five days I was back at the audiologist being fitted for the new hearing aids and explained all of the particulars of the units. Even after I went back some 10 days later and had the hearing aids checked by the audiologist, Jeff from ZipHearing called me and asked if I had any questions and if he could do anything else for me. ZipHearing (along with Jeff) is a great company and I would work with them again.

I went on-line to investigate Oticon hearing aids and came across the site for ZIPhearing. In the site was a button to contact a person. I clicked the button and within 15 minutes, Jeff was on the line. I had several questions since this would be my first hearing aids. Jeff took the time to answer my every question. I told him that my ENT doctor had suggested Costco. He said, "that's fine" but would you like an audiologist very close to where you live that will give you a free hearing test with NO obligation and if you would like to go to Costco for a comparison, that would be just fine. He suggested I call Beverly at Performance Hearing - which I did and saw her in the next few days. (Costco had a 3 week backlog.) As soon as I met Beverly, I realized that she was knowledgeable, capable and extremely professional. By the time the hearing test was over and she placed a "demo" pair of hearing aids in my ears, there was no question I didn't need to search for another audiologist. By the end of the appointment, I bought my hearing aids. It took about 4 days for my hearing aids to arrive at her office and with very little effort I learning how to insert and remove them. Bottom line - I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. My hearing aids have transformed my life thanks to ZIPhearing and Beverly at Performance Hearing. On another note, the service I received from both Jeff and Beverly certainly exceeded my expectations I would recommend them with a 10 out of 10 score!! Thank you Jeff at ZIPhearing and Beverly at Performance Hearing.

In this "Service-less" world that we live in, I must say that Zip and Grant Davidson were a pleasant surprise. During our phone conversations I felt that someone really cared and gave great advise. I had a great experience with ZipHearing. They were very friendly and knowledgeable through the whole process. I was referred to a local audiologist who took the time to evaluate my hearing, my needs and recommend me the best hearing aids available on the market for way less money than the other companies. I was charged only for the hearing aids, everything else is included in the price. After a week, I had a follow up visit to discuss how they were working and to make some adjustments. I could not be happier with my choice. Long story short, I saved $2500 for my new set of hearing aids, that will be a really nice vacation for my wife and me. I don't think that anybody can beat ZipHearing’s prices.

Lesley was very professional and helpful during my inquiry on new hearing aids. The process was very smooth from ordering to the referral to a local hearing professional that helped me through the testing and fitting process. Lesley walked me through expectations and I found the Zip referred local hearing specialist to be very knowledgeable and experienced which took away some of the challenges that come with fitting hearing aids. Excellent experience with this company. Had online access to and immediate pricing of the hearing aids I was considering without the plethora of ancillary services, undisclosed costs and sticker shock that are often the norm when shopping for aids. One quick call to them and I was quickly put in touch with a local audiologist who conducted the screening, hearing test and fitting. Ten days later, my custom fit hearing aid arrived.
