A great company! I had tried two hearing aids with no success before discovering ZipHearing. For me Zip is a grand slam. They introduced me to Phonak hearing aids at a great price and set me up with local support. Zips Customer Service department is fantastic. The owner Jeff goes all out to make sure you are pleased with the hearing aids and is available for questions and issues. Very Pleased indeed. Bob K

Zip hearing gets a 5star for me. They were great. Price was outstanding, the best I could find. Service was clear, fast and professional. They coordinated with my zip hearing affiliated Audiolougist, including a years worth of visits, to make sure I knew how to operate and clean them properly, to assist me in the transition to the difference in sound, and acclimation, and different use programs for environments and features. Fast forward two years later. I accidentally damaged one of the receivers, the small tube that goes from the aid to the inner ear. I called Zip hearing. They immediately knew who I was, offered to ship me a replacement part that day, and suggested I call my Zip hearing Audiolougist to see if they had one in stock. I’m leaving Saturday for a week, and my Audiolougist is going to help me on Thursday. What great service and coordination. Finally I’d like to add if your thinking of hearing aids go for it. I’m 60, a lifelong contractor, who had significant hearing loss from my loud work environment and didn’t realize how bad it was until I had them checked. I can say unequivocally that being able to hear has changed my life. I am more engaged with friends and family because I can actually hear the conversation. Life with the ability to hear is great!

Excellent source for hearing aid information. I'm so pleased that I followed up on an ad from my local newspaper regarding hearing aids. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever, only a desire to connect with a professional in my own community who could provide guidance in selecting the products that would meet my individual needs. I found it reassuring that a reputable company with a licensed professional tested my hearing, and was able to offer a wide choice of products. I received my new hearing aides last week and am very grateful to be enjoying improved hearing again.

Found out about Zip Hearing through Hearing Tracker when I was researching the web for the latest innovations and deals on the newest Signia AX Hearing Aids. Got info on contact for Zip Hearing and was pleasantly surprised on significant price savings and no-pressure services offered through a local Audiologist. Got my updated hearing test and fitting done quickly and enjoying my new hearing aids a lot. I have used hearing aids since 2013 obtained from two different companies and honestly this was the most professional and best audiology experience I have ever had.
