In reviewing various hearing aids on HearingTracker I came across the offer for significantly discounted hearing aids - through ZipHearing. I discussed with my regular audiologist - who could not come close to the cost offered through ZipHearing and acquired a pair of Starkey Evolv AI2400 devices. The provider I was referred to was professional and competent and after less than 2 weeks I had my units. I would NOT recommend this approach for someone new to hearing aids. From my research I knew exactly which models and features I required. New users require far more attention and assistance...

Grant and his co-workers were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the product and saved us 500.00 from the ones we bought the last time of the same brand. They got my insurance claim submitted fast! Overall they kicked ass!

In searching for information on hearing aids I clicked on a link expressing interest in more information. Within minutes I received a call from Grant Davidson from Zip Hearing. He guided me to a local Audiologist and helped every step of the way. I appreciate the assistance given by Zip Hearing and their agent, Grant Davidson. Outstanding customer service and knowledge base.

I'm impressed. I was hesitant at first as I've never dealt with an online provider. This place was far better than my local audiologists. Audiologist offices pop up and disappear so fast. By the time you need to upgrade your hearing aids or need to get them fixed, the audiologist you saw was already gone. ZipHearing paired me with a local audiologist, one I didn't even find in my search. This audiologist has been in my area for decades. The provider doesn't advertise, because he focuses on word of mouth. He's busy and has a reputation for it. Best provider I've ever seen. Proper techniques, up to date knowledge, and actually cares about patients and their experiences. Grant from ZipHearing rushed my order to get it to me before I took a long trip to celebrate my graduation so I can hear during it. Amazing experience all around. I'm glad I asked for help on Reddit after having audiologists quote me $8000 for 6 year old technology. A Redditor told me check out ZipHearing, I did. I paid about half of what I was quoted elsewhere, for better and newer technology from 2021. I have the best of the best now and am with the best of the best provider. Thank you ZipHearing.

I am very satisfied with my experience with ZipHearing. They were very professional and worked hard towards steering me in a direction to satisfy my hearing deficiencies. They were very prompt in answering questions and followed through to make sure my needs were taken care of. I highly recommend them to people who have hearing problems.
