Bonjour, Les avis se suivent et se ressemblent malheureusement, j'ai aussi commandé une montre le 24 novembre 2017 (n° commande 1044) à ce jour sur le lien mis à ma disposition ma commande est toujours en cours de vérification hors que j'ai été débité comme la plupart quelques jours après. A en croire les autres avis, c'était le seul endroit où on pouvait obtenir une réponse du service client... Cependant depuis une semaine toujours pas de réponse ni sur ce site ni sur les multiples mails envoyés depuis le 27 novembre ! J'ai commandé une Blade Fusion le 24 novembre et ma commande est la FR1040. Le paiement à bien était prélevé mais ma commande reste en vérification ! Merci de m'informer ou en est ma commande. J'aimerai désormais qu'elle soit livré et si cela est impossible que je sois remboursée !

Following a frustrating delay and lack of response from Zinvo regarding my order, customer service responded and explained that they were backed up on orders and that my Blade Nitro would ship the following week. It arrived on time, and Kristina followed up with me two weeks later to check in. For my troubles, Zinvo offered a free strap. So, despite the initial snag, Zinvo really shined in great customer service and making up for their delay. The watch is beautiful. It's made of high-quality materials and is worth every penny. Maybe a Chrono is next?
